Barking

I woke up to barking.. And got up to walk through the house.. I didn't even get out of my room before I looked down to see my neighbors dog at my feet. I said,"Oh hello." Lazily and continued walking. It wasn't until I got to the front door,and saw my mother did I recognize what had been at my feet. My response,"There's a dog.. I wasn't expecting that.. Mother,who's dog?" And she replied the neighbors. I just glanced back at it at,and now I'm back in bed.
