"District Twelve's tributes!" Daphne Devinity, the District Twelve escort, exclaimed. "Simrit Clark and Tyler Jacobs!"

The image of the District Twelve reaping moved down to a smaller screen as the two official hosts of the Hunger Games began to chat about the completion of the Reapings.

"Well, there you have it, Alistair." Favonious Falcon chuckled. "The Reapings are officially over."

"Yes, Favonious. And I think this years Games will be extremely interesting." Alistair agreed.

"Oh, yes. What do you think about this years tributes?" Favonious continued.

"A very interesting mix. I find it interesting how almost half the tributes are under the age of sixteen!" Alistair laughed.

"Yes!" Favonious cried with laughter. Apparently, that's funny. "The Gamemakers will have an interesting time with them, I bet."

"Right!" Alistair shuffled the papers on his desk. "Now, one more time, here are the tributes for the 100th Hunger Games."

The reaping screen grew back to fill the entire screen and it began back at District One. A short brunette girl and a tall brunette boy stood on the stage.

Paisley Rae, aged fifteen.

Eli Johnson, aged seventeen.

The screen changed to district two. A girl with dark blonde hair and a boy with light brown hair led the crowd in an eager chant yelling 'District Two!'

The District Three reaping was next. A small girl with black hair and a tall boy with brown hair showed neutral expressions as they stood near their escort.

The screen panned out to reveal both hosts again.

"Well, Alistair, the next time the world sees these tributes, it'll be in two days during the tribute parade." Favonious declared.

"I can't wait to see what the stylists have planned for this year." Alistair laughed.

As the two hosts began to joke about this years Games, the screen blacked out, leaving the rest of Panem to wonder what was in store for these twenty four teens.
