Four Witch Sisters In Training
Chapter 3
"What do you wear for a first magic lesson?" I asked myself in the mirror.
I wish mirrors could talk. Wait....
"Clover!" I screamed.
Clover sighed from the library across the hallway.
I heard her high heels click clacking on the hardwood floors.
Mom really needs to tell Clover that blue high heels don't go with pink shorts and a bright sparkly pink tank top.
"Yes?" Clover said in her big sister voice.
Still looking at myself in the mirror I said "Can you hand me the spell book on my bed please?"
"Wait a second. You called me across the hall to come over here to give you this book that's only a two second walk?" Clover said furious.
"Precisely," I said with a grin.
She grabbed the spell book off my bed with her hot pink manicured hands.
"What do you want it for anyways?" Clover said smoothly.
I grabbed the book out of Clovers hands. There's got to be something in here about talking mirrors.
"I want my mirror to talk. Maybe it will have some fashion taste other then the color pink and blue," I said with a wink.
Talking dogs, talking butterflies, talking chairs, and talking house...
"You've got to be kidding me," I said throwing the book behind me for Clover to catch.
THUD.
I cringed at the sound of the 20 pound book hitting the hardwood floor.
"What was the point of that?" Clover asked while stepping around the book.
"You were supposed to catch it like in the movies," I said with a how could you not know eye roll.
"Let's go to class Clover before I get into a full discussion on why they should make a mirror talking spell," I said.
"Agreed," Clover said quickly.
I slipped my feet in my Uggs and ran down the hall.
"Wait for me!" yelled Clover while she tried to walk, but it looked like there was something up her butt.
"Where do you think the class will be at?" I said slowing my pace to walking.
"I don't know, but what I do know is that you need to slow down or I'll never catch up to you," said Clover.
I stopped. If I ever really thought about it, the house should have told me that we were witches. The 3rd floor, which is just the bedrooms and the library, was all white, and the library was filled with witch books, vampire books, werewolf books, ect.
Me and my sisters each have our own room, but we usually sleep together in the guest bedroom.
We've been homeschooled forever. Mom never wanted us to go. I can see why. Would it look normal if I was throwing trees and any other earthlike things at bullies? I didn't think so.
The house has six levels. I've never been past the fourth level. Me and my sisters aren't allowed to go past. I never knew exactly why
we couldn't go. I've had my days of trying to break those stupid locks on the door that leads to the fifth and sixth floor.
