"All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt." - Charles Schulz.

On top is the picture of what Elbertina will be wearing at the party that her family made to celebrate the hotel's grand opening.

Elbertina POV~

It's already January. My birthday was in December, and I didn't get to do anything. My family wants to have a party with the Piras' to celebrate the hotel's grand opening that will be in one month.

I walked into our office. I thought that Alexander would already be at his desk. Its kind of late, he doesn't come to work at this time.

1 hour later

Alexander finally made it to the office after him being one hour late. He looked a little angry, well more angrier than his normal angry look. Then he just went to work on the papers on his desk. It was silent until....

"Alexander, my family wants to have a party with your family. So my family wanted me to tell you, when I saw you. And tell you that you should come to the party if you want to. Also you family already said yes to being there, It's only you that hasn't said anything about being at the party." I said breaking the silence.

"No. I can't be at the party, but I will try." He said without even looking up from his papers.

"Okay." I said and then started getting back to work.

The dinner party

My family came early to help me get everything in order at my penthouse. My older brother was a little bit late, dad and my little brother was taking care of the twins. Me and my mom were cooking the food.

Then I heard the doorbell ring.

I then told Anna to take the twins to their cribs, since it was very late already.

It was the Mr. and Mrs. Piras.

"Hello Elbertina. How have you been?" Mr. Piras said while giving me a hug.

"I've been good Mr. Piras." I saw. Mr. and Mrs. Piras looking at my arm.

"I got these just last year."

"Oh, really. May I ask. Why?" Mrs. Piras said.

"I got it when my great grandfather was very ill. He even wrote the words on my arm on a piece of paper so I could get it tattooed." I said pointing at the parts were there was writing on it.

"Really? It must have been really sad when he died." Mr. Piras said.

"It was, but everything has to an end sometime. Even if it is early or if it is later on in life."

"That is true Elbertina." Mr. Piras said.

I then showed Mr. and Mrs. Piras where we would have dinner and then we talked for a while. They told me that their daughters are going to be here later, they had to get a few things from their house.

The doorbell rang, so I had to get the door.

It was my older brother Jeraldo, Francesca, and Alessia Piras.

We all got comfortable at the dinner table and talked about work and about school. We were all ready to eat until the doorbell rang one more time. I went to open the door and it was Alexander and his date.

"Alexander you came." I said surprised with his appearance.

"Yeah, I had some spare time to come by." He said.
