Elbertina POV~
Six years later
"Adriano and Catalina are growing up to fast." My brother-in-law said while he was looking at the kids running around. "Ben! You know that Vera doesn't like to be called Catalina."
Catalina hasn't liked her name for a while now, and said that she wanted to be called Vera instead. Ben or Benjamin is my little brother Severo's husband. He married four years ago, and they already have a little girl. That's two years younger than the twins.
"So - where is your dad?" I know what he's trying to say by that. My parents divorced last year and people think I should be sad about that. In reality, I'm actually happy that they divorced. My mom wanted to divorce my dad for a while now and my dad just wants my mom to be happy.
"He's talking to my mom and my uncle." It's the twins six birthday and my family loves to gossip. Knowing my family, that's expected.
"Ben are you guys going to move back to New York?"
"Yeah. Severo and I agreed that we should move back to New York." I know that Ben works a lot with his company, but he should take a break from his work.
A week later
"Sebastian can you get out of my office!" I walked into my office to see my best friend sleeping in one of my chairs. Sebastian and I have known each other since birth. My dad and his dad have been friends when they were both children and lived in Spain together.
"I'm sorry Elena. I didn't get enough sleep last night."
"Sebastian. Stop calling me Elena!" Since we were little Sebastian has only called me by my middle name. No one knows why. Even though I've told him many times to call me Elbertina he doesn't.
"Elena, I forgot to tell you. Some one named Alexander Piras wants to talk to you." When Sebastian said Alexander's name he did this little dance with his eyebrows. "I will talk to Alexander later. We have an important meeting with Mr. Piras and Alexander won't be there." Sebastian chuckled a little.

When I got to the meeting room I couldn't stop procrastinating about what Alexander wanted to talk about. I should stop thinking about Alexander and start thinking about the meeting with his father.
Mr. Piras said he would be a bit late to the meeting. The door finally opened and it was Alexander.
I stood up to greet Alexander. I gave him a hand shake. Throughout my hand to my arm I could feel little sparks.
I looked at Sebastian. He's already got a fake smile on his face. Knowing that he is about to be killed by me, for not telling me that Alexander would be at the meeting.
"Sebastian. I don't think you told me that Alexander would be at the meeting." I spoke to him in a very quiet voice. So that only he could hear it. "I'm sorry Elena. I forgot all about it."
Everyone at the meeting looked towards us. "Elena we should talk outside." We both stood up and excused ourselves, so we could talk.
"¿Como diablos no podrías decirme algo tan importante?" I was so angry that I was already speaking in my mother tongue.
"Calm down Elena. People can hear you."
"¿Cómo puedo calmarme? ¡Cuando este pinche cabron está en esa habitación!" I said in a more quiet voice.
