Worth it All

Chapter 7

"Wake up!" Joe smashed his fist into Karma's stomach at those words, his groan and angry look showing it hurt.
"Do that again bitch, and I'll tear off the arm."
"Then how about I do it?" Karma smirked at William's angry voice as he stepped forward, glaring at him, tied down to a chair in an empty room.
"You know I could break out of this without even a sweat drop, right?"
"What's stopping you?"
Karma glanced over at Scarlet and winked, running his eyes a little to curiously up and down her body. William took a step forward, baring his canines as he growled at him.
Karma looked surprised, as did everyone else in the room, as they stared at him. He recovered himself and stood up straight.
Calm down man... don't let him get to you..
"You like her." He said in a musical voice with an animalistic grin. William's blush gave it away even more, he glanced at Scarlet who smiled a little, making him blush more.
"Awe how sweet, wanna kiss and go on a picnic?" He glared murder at Karma, who was making a kissy face at her. Without thinking he crossed the distance and decked him hard with his left fist, then smiled as Karma spat out blood.
"Why the fuck are you calling your dog's on us?"
"Why not?" He smiled, "Make another game."
"What's your next play then?" William spat out like venom.
"Simple, come here and I'll tell you." William came forward, against his better judgement. He leaned down as Karma whispered those haunting words in his ear.
"Checkmate."
A second later the door blew apart, and tranquilizers went into Cody and Joe. Scarlet dodged hers and cracked the first one through the door in the head with a bat, until a giant walked through the door and smashed his fist against her head, knocking her unconcious.
William turned to Karma who ripped through his restraints with ease, and lifted William off the ground by the throat.
"You want her back?" He forced him to look over as the big guy scooped up Scarlet and carried her out of the room. His anger mounting, William fought with everything he had against the grip, but he was to strong.
"Come find me pup, come find me and get her back, or I'll kill her." Karma threw him into the wall, he saw him walking out of the room before he passed out.

William jumped to his feet when he woke in the room of the warehouse they were holding Karma in, Joe and Cody just starting to wake. He had a horrible head ache.
Damn, what the hell happened? One moment Karma was chained then...
His eyes flared open with rage and fear.
Scarlet! He took her!
William sprinted out of the building to the docks, the moon at full shining down on them, with a thunderstorm bearing down as well. William searched all around in vein, knowing they were gone. Cody and Joe came out a few minutes later.
"Where's Scarlet? What happened?" Cody said confused and still a little out of it. William turned and looked at them as tears streamed down his eyes.
"They took her... I was to weak to stop them... I lost her again..." His sobs were deep as he fell to his hands and knees.
He took her... I can't lose her again... it'll kill me...
His hands clenched into fists, the deepest most bitter rage coming over him.
"Karma.. Karma.." William began to shake as he shifted again, his eyes turning emerald green with hate.
"I'll find you... I'll rip you apart!" William screamed into the sky with feral monstrosity.
His mind and heart finally agreeing on one thing.
He would save her.
And Karma would die.
