Lock grumbled to himself, stabbing the wall with his tail. His good eye was twitching, as was the rest of his body. He was going through coffee withdrawal and he did not find it funny. However Shock did and was on the floor laughing, Barrel just kept a safe distance from his brother. He had seen what happens to Lock without coffee and it wasn't pretty. First he would eat as much candy as he could (which was A LOT!). Then he would start smashing things, not in a child tantrum way, no! He would smash it in a way were you could never fix again. Luckily they've always got him coffee before he went any further. Suddenly a knock was heard.
"Lock. Shock. Barrel. I'm coming in." Jack came in and stood in the doorway. Blocking their way out. His arm was wrapped in a bandage from where Lock had bitten him, though all three were confused on why. He was a skeleton, he shouldn't be wounded by that...Right?
"Lock why are you so upset?!" Lock glared at the skeleton, finally stopping his stabbing. Though the twitching remained.
"I. Need. COFFEE!" He yelled the last part and lunged at the door. Jack was surprised but caught the child.
"Children shouldn't drink coffee so no. I won't be giving you coffee nor will I let you make it yourself." Jack put the child down. They all stared at him wide mouthed, Shock and Barrel were scared and almost pitied the pumpkin king. He had made a terrible mistake.
"I. Will. Have. My. Coffee!" Lock spat, Jack just shook his head and sighed.
"No Lock." Lock growled and his twitching started to annoy the hell of him. Apparently it was annoying Jack too because he suddenly yelled, "Stop that ridiculous twitching!" Lock just smirked.
"Give me coffee and it will stop." Jack walked out the room, he was not giving children caffeine. Lock started stabbing the wall again, Shock and Barrel were plotting how to get Lock some coffee without Jack knowing. Sally had heard it all and sighed. She knew a way to get Lock coffee though she didn't know if it would work. She put some coffee-flavoured sweets on a plate and placed it outside the bedroom, knocking loud enough so they would hear but Jack wouldn't. She quickly (kind of) stumbled away. Shock opened the door and saw the candy, she immediately recognised the candy and brought it inside. She chucked them at Lock who caught the all. He ate them all and his twitching slowed down but didn't stop. He still needed coffee...
