John p.o.v.

"Jake I think I might fall..."
I said balancing on a rock. Jake was doing fine but me, I feel like I can fall at any time. My cousin Jake just jumped rock to rock.

"Were almost there John! Just a few more rocks!"

We were currently trying to make it to a small island not to far from our town. But the only way across is by foot. Some parts you can walk then all of sudden its pure water. One wrong step and you'll be in the water. No ones been to the island so no one knows whats there, it's supposedly haunted or something because you can hear voices coming from the sea and stuff like that. But we decided to explore cause why not? I jumped again almost falling when Jake grabbed my hand.

"I got you mate."
"Thanks Jake."

He helped me steady myself but when he turned around he fell in. I helped him up but now he was soaking wet. I couldn't help but laugh while he made an annoyed noise.

"Lets just get to the island."
"Alright."

We made it to the island, it was dark out but it looked amazing. The palm trees were so beautiful and there was a small river from one part of the island to the other.

"Amazing..."
"Woah..."

We explored the island more and discovered a cave. It was dark but Jake wanted to check it out.

"You go ahead, ill stay out here."

I didn't feel like going in a scary cave in the dark so I let him go instead. I decided to go to the shore and just watch the waves.

Jake p.o.v.

This cave looks huge but actually the inside was a bit small. I climed a few rocks and I saw that one slip from here and youll be in the water. And the water did not look friendly. For some reason the ocean has been more violent than friendly. My cloths were still wet because of the wave and did not feel one bit conference.It was getting pretty late maybe we can come again tomorrow but earlier. I took a step forward but my foot slipped because of the water.

"Wooahh!"
I was in the water but the waves didn't let me reach the surface. Once i did reach the surface a wave came my way and made me swallow water i stead of letting my breath. The wave pushed my deeper in the sea. I...cant...breath...
Everything started to get dark until i felt someone pull my body close to theres and something on my mouth but i knocked out. After that I could finally breath. I was back on the shore but i spit out the water that I swallowed. I looked up and around when i saw someone in the water. But what i saw was a boy i think a year older than me but what i found strange was that he had orange eyes and blonde hair.
"Thank you..."
"Your welcome, and what are you doing here?"
"I beg your pardon?"
"Humans aren't allowed over here."
"Aren't you one?"
I looked over at him but he just smiled and i saw an orange tail lift out of the water.
"Nope."
