"We should get going, sorry everyone but we'll make sure to get back on all of this." I grabbed Jakes hand and swam through the gate and the guards escorted us to out ride, and by ride I mean Sea Turtle.

"Woooaaahhh!!" Jade went over and circled the turtle and pet its head. We dont swim everywhere, usually some of the sea animals allow us to ride tem to certain places but we are also able to keep them and train them. We swam ontop and sat down on its shell and the other four were just looking at everything. Even Jake was, I looked over at his mark and I knew that soon it would be completed. The mark is basically a sign of marking ones teritory or like the humans say, a marrige ring. Jake now belongs to me but he doesnt know it yet. The mark is only able to stay if the other person has feelings for the other but if they dont the mark will dissapear over tim but if the doo it will become larger and more visible.

I noticed that Jakes mark has gotten bigger and I was relieved but Johns was a little bit faded.

"You know your mark will go away soon if you dont do anything." I nuddged Dave while looking over at John.

"I know I know." He stayed quiet after that and the rest of the ride was quiet. We made it to our palace and right away. 

"There you are." I heard a soft voice and looked over and of course Rose was there. 

"Hiya Rosey!! You remember them right?" 

"Yes I do and welcome to our humble little home. I hope that everything will be sorted out and you can return home before you get in trouble." 

"Its okay our father wont even notice we're gone." John said smiling. We led them to our main building and sat down on some rocks. 

"Im sure you guys have some questions so Im here to answer them." 

"What are these marks? John has had his longer than I have?" 

"Thats because I marked John as my, I guess you could say, Mate or partner." Dave said resting his hand on his chin. It surprised you that he was being so open about it now but if we want to gain their trust, and love??, then we have to be honest. 

"Jake has one too, did you mark him?" 

"Nope, that was Dirk. That mark is a symbol of marriage."

"WHAAT?!" Jake and John yelled at the same time. Wow Dave that was very subtle. 

"I have a question." Jane said holding her chin.

"That would never work. Our father isnt the man that would allow such a thing and he would never allow you to marry."

"Who said I wanted to get married in the first place!" I looked over at John who was up now but his head was down then swam away quickly. 

"John wait!" Dave got up and swam after him. 

"Ladies do you want to start the tour Im sure Roxy would love to show you around."

"Cmon gals! lets leave the boys to have a conversation for a bit..."  The girls stood up and now it was just me and Jake.

"So Jake, where do you want me to start."
