Chapter 23

Lilly's POV

A month has pasted and we're happily living together, I've never been so happy after leaving Jack's house I felt so much stress left my body all I have to worry about it is Bailey, and that's all I need to worry about

Bailey is now 5 months, he's growing so fast, I remember telling everybody that I was pregnant with him, he's trying to sit up on his own and crawl

Right Now I'm playing with Bailey in the living room, Grayson is out trying to find a job

When the door bell rings, I get up and open the door to see

"Mom?!" I say surprised

"Hey Sweetie" she smiles

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"Jack told me you moved out here and I wanna to come and see you" she says

"Jack told you huh?" I asked

"Yes, now I'm glad that you decided to be out here, maybe now we can hang out with your dad being around" she says walking into my apartment without being invited inside

I closed the door and followed her

"Wow, this place is gorgeous" she looking around in awe

She looked down to see Bailey "Oh you must be babysitting" she says

"Actually" I say picking up Bailey

"This is Bailey, his my son" I say

"You mean his my grandson?" She asked

"Yeah" I say

"Wow, he looks just like you" she cooed to him

"I would say you don't know the first thing about being a mom, but you look like your doing alright, I mean you got apartment" she says

"What's his name again?" She asked

"Bailey" I say

"Bailey?, You couldn't pick a more masculine name?" She asked

"Bailey is a boy's name more then it is a girl's name, and I named him after his father's middle name" I say

"Oh so there is a boy in the picture" she says

"How else did I get pregnant?" I asked

"What I mean is the dad is im the picture?" She asked

"Yes" I nod

Bailey started to cry, I gave him his pacifier and patted his back

"So where is the father?" She asked sitting down

"His out looking for a job" I say

"So what do you do then?" She asked

"I stay here and watch Bailey

"So he works while you take care of Bailey and cook and clean" she asked

"First I don't feel comfortable having someone else take care of him, second I don't cook Grayson does and third the it doesn't really get messy in here" I say

"I want you to have a job so you can feel independent" she says

"I do feel independent here, taking care of Bailey" I say

"But don't you wanna go out into the world?" She asked

"Mom, I know you took care of Jack and I while dad worked all night, and you wasn't happy about it and that's why you left. But I like being here" I say

"Your stubborn just like your dad" she says

The door opened and Grayson walked in, he closed the door behind him

"Hey Babe, woah you have company" he says

Grayson grabbed Bailey, My mom and I stood up

"Grayson, this is my mom" I say

"Mom, this is Grayson, his my boyfriend and Bailey's dad" I say

They shake hands

"Nice to meet you" Gray says

"You too" my mom says

we already had dinner, my mom sat there asking the normal embarrassing question like:

"what kind if condoms you use?, because I don't want Lilly to get a rash" 

But once she finally left, I gave Bailey a bath and put him to bed, Grayson and I laid in bed together

"She's nothing really like you, your mom" he says

"I know" I say

"So what does she know?" He asked

"Nothing much, just that your Bailey's dad" I say

"Let's keep it that way" he says

I kissed his cheek while cuddling into him, he looked my way before giving me a kiss making me crack a smile

He rolled us around so he was on top of me, we started kissing until he pulled away, he was just staring at me

"What?" I asked

"Nothing, your just really beautiful" he smiled

"Thanks" I smile as he started kissing me again, I giggled as he pulled me on top of him

"Shh wouldn't wanna wake up Bailey now would we?" He asked smiling

"No we wouldn't" I say straddling him, I start to kiss him again
