Chapter 34

Lilly's POV

Today I got up early since I was called in early for work, I wanted to just quit  but I wanna at least try out the new job before I give it up

I haven't really spoke with Grayson ever since last night, I want to talk to him but his snubbing me so I'll have to do it later, he's out with Ethan

So I have to call a babysitter, since Jessica and Alex is out on business and Emily is busy with triplets and I'm not going to her my kid, that's just too much

I got dress in my ridiculous uniform, it took me 25 minutes to get my hair like that I ended up looking a tutorial up on YouTube

There was a knock on the front door, I open the door and there stood Maria

"Come in" I say letting her in

"Where do you work?" She asked

"That singing diner, down the street" I say

"Is the outfit necessary?" She asked

"Yes and I know I look pretty stupid" I say

"I can't argue" she says

Well Damn

"Okay, his snacks and bottles are in the fridge, if there is a emergency my number is on the fridge if I don't pick up his dad's number is also on there, and he doesn't pick, Bailey's aunt is right down the hall at 15B" I say

"I got it" she says

"I'll right back bailey!" I say kissing his cheek, I stand back up and grabbed me bag

"I wanna make sure there isn't any beef between us" Maria says

"No, why would there be?" I asked

"You know because I dated Grayson and now your with him" she says

"Well first I'm not worried Grayson is a wonderful father and very faithful and second he told that he cheated on Jessica with you so to me you sound like a side chick" I point out

"Sidechick?" She asked

"Sorry, just my opinion" I shrugged

"I'm pretty sure your the side chick you probably don't even know what to do with him when your in the bed with him" she claps back

"I did something right,  since I got pregnant with Bailey" I say

"Who are you kidding?, we all know Bailey is really Ethan's" she gets in face

"Oh hell no!, you are not about to come into my house and disrespect me, so imma give you two options to leave or to get your ass beat, pick one!" I say

"Let's see I pick" she paused before grabbing onto my hair pulling me down

I scream in pain and fall down onto the floor, which scared Bailey , she tried to drag me but I was trying to kick her to so she could let go of my hair but she dodge my kicks

She started smacking me in my face

Bailey started to scream and tried to crawl to me but I kept pushing him away so he doesn't get hit

She pulls my hair again , and I yelp in pain

I hear the door open and Grayson and Ethan ran in

"Get off of her!" Gray says

Ethan pulled Maria back while Grayson helped me up

"Are you okay?" He asked

"My head hurts" I say

"Its gonna be alright" he guided me towards the bathroom

Ethan kicked Maria out, While Grayson gave me a ice pack for my hair I haven't left the bathroom yet

Grayson walked in

"I want to see Bailey!" I say quietly

"Don't worry Ethan is distracting him" he says

"Can I ask you question?" He says

"Sure" I say putting my ice pack back on my head

"What are you wearing?" He asked chuckling to himself

"It's for that job my mom gave me, I was suspose to start today" I say looking down

Grayson pull something from behind his back, I look to see he has lillies in his hand all different colors

My mouth dropped in awe "whose are they for?" I asked

"You, silly!" He says giving me the flowers

"It's to say sorry for acting like a jerk yesterday" he says

"Thanks, they're beautiful!" I smile

"Come on, we already ordered Chinese food" he says helping me up

Ethan stayed for dinner, I held Bailey telling him that I'm okay and that the bad mean girl is gone

But then there was a knock at the door, I sat bailey down on his mat and went to go answer the door

I open the door to see Maria "what do you want?" I cross my arms

"Look, I just wanna say I'm sorry for slapping you in front of your son, I just feel bad for him that his mom is a weak ass bitch" she says

"One second" I say closing the door

"Hey Babe can I punch this bitch?" I asked

"Go ahead " he says

I open the door back up, and gave her a casual smile before punching her right in her face making her fall to the ground

Her hands covered where I hit her she looked up to me

I slowly clapped "congrats you just got knocked the fuck out by weak ass bitch" I say closing the door and skipping back to my family
