I want to give you all a heads up. The next few chapters are going to be filler chapters. So to let you all know in advance, they are not going to be happening at all. So kindly, bear with me, I promise you, things will get more happening after these filler chapters. The story is going to get more eventful, but for now, the next few chapters will be unhappening.

"Umniyah!" I whined.

Umniyah was pestering me since she woke up to tell her what happened from last night to this morning, and she wasn't letting me study in peace. Typical!

"I am not going to leave you to study until you tell me what happened. You're not only wasting your own time, you're also wasting my time because Aliyah, I also want to study!" Umniyah said, crossing her arms.

"What exactly do you want to know?" I asked her.

"Everything that happened after I ended the phone call last night," she replied.

I sighed, and then told her everything about how Farshad came and told me to follow him, after which he instructed me to go to the main road. I told her about how I got into the cab that was being driven by Farshad's friend, Umayr, and how there was a black van that was following us, and then, we got to the old house and I got down, and when I entered the house, there were police there who arrested the duo that followed me inside. And then I narrated to her everything that Farshad explained to me, and about me telling then about that incident. Then I told her about why I went to the police station this morning - to get police cover on demand.

"Wow!" Umniyah breathed once I was finished. "I seriously didn't know that my brother was a secret agent. I mean, he hid it from all of us!"

"You didn't know?" I asked, incredulously.

"Nope. He never told us! Remember three years ago, when Umayr had come to see him at the café? I asked Farshad about what happened but he didn't tell me anything. He never said anything to any of us, about the fact that he's volunteering as an agent for the Police force!" Umniyah answered. "Yet, maybe Muhammad probably knew about it. Farshad and Muhammad are very close. And because Muhammad is so quiet and all, Farshad must have known that he would never tell mum or us sisters, Ruqaiyah and I. Besides, Farshad can't hide it from Muhammad, they're both at GVU, so Farshad's disappearances must've raised questions in Muhammad's mind."

"Oh, okay," I replied, simply.

"You know, Aliyah, dad would have been so proud of him. Even though he's becoming an engineer, he is doing all this so that not only can he help people, but also, he feels closer to dad. It makes me so proud to have him as my brother!" Umniyah said.

"MashaAllah, your brother is a very good person," I said, sincerely.

That made Umniyah smirk and wiggle her eyebrows at me, making me groan.

"But, I'm wondering, now that I know about it all, would he want mum and Ruqaiyah to know also?" She mused.

"Well, it's his story to tell. If he wants to reveal it to your mum and sister, then he would do it. And if he wants you to do it, then only do it if he asks you to," I answered.

"Hmm, you're right! Anyway, I want to talk to him, and I want to ask him to meet me. Will you be alright on your own? Maybe I can meet him some other time if you're not?" Umniyah asked.

"No, Umni. I'm fine, you go ahead and meet your brother. Besides, I want to study in peace, so it'll be better if you're gone!" I joked, and Umniyah smacked my shoulder playfully.

After putting on her abaya and hijaab, she grabbed her purse and left after telling me she'll meet me later.

Once she was gone, I decided to sit down and study. But that proved to be extremely difficult, considering the fact that my mind was still a mess.
