August 2001:

I get to see my best friend, doing what she loves to do. This beautiful island is so overwhelming; very overwhelming that Denim kept kicking me all night.

Aaliyah is looking so good in all white, along with her gorgeous black hair. Seeing her happy, makes me very happy. She's been my rock and a fifth Braxton sister. My family appreciates her and her spirit.

"Honey, you're looking good." Damon said, kissing her cheek. I rolled my eyes, and started to laugh. Damon and Aaliyah are in this honeymoon stage, so everything is really cute to them.

"Yeah, get a room." I mumbled, in disgust. Aaliyah stuck her tongue out at me. Some pretty lady walked toward us, and greeted me.

"Hey guys. Hi, I'm Fatima, the choreographer." The lady said, shaking my hand. She's been a friend of Aaliyah's for over five years.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Toni." I smiled.

"No need for an introduction, I love your work." Fatima said.

"Why thank you." I smiled, again.

Three hours later, Aaliyah took a break. She's such a workhorse, just like me. She sat down next to me, in the yacht.

"What do you think?" Aaliyah asked. Her movements and lip syncing was on point. She was like a walking, perfect angel.

"Everything was beyond perfect. I'm glad you took a break, so you could feel your godson kicking me." I said.

"You're doing your godmommy's dirty work, I'm so proud of you." Aaliyah cooed, at my stomach. I pinched her arm, and she hissed.

"Damn, what the hell." Aaliyah spoke, rubbing her arm. I laughed and made funny faces at her.

"Sometimes, I wonder who's older..me or you." Aaliyah said.

"Me, because I'm mature and classy." I said, cheesing hard. The director called Aaliyah back to do work, and Damon left an hour ago.

This feeling has yet to leave, but I'm not going to say anything to ruin this getaway. I just hope it goes away..really soon.
