Names raced through my head, David! No he's away getting some more things to help with advanced medicine now that he doesn't have to use herbs and stuff.

Gabriel is away and basically everyone I could go to was gone! I breathed out and in trying to settle the pain. Contractions came and that's what honestly killed me.

I began to scream out in pain! I tried crawling to the door and it did take a while. When I finally made it I reached up grabbing the handle. The door clicked open luckily just enough for me to drop and pull it open the rest of the way.

"HELP!" I screamed out. I groaned out with pain again before letting out another scream of help.

After one last scream, there were people racing down the hall. Times seemed to fly by at that point. I felt weak and tired, my eyes were heavy.

"Sapphire, I need you to push, push and breath!" I heard someone say as I was laid on a bed. I did as I was told.

After a few hours that felt like years, I heard a gasp and then- "It's and boy!" I gave a sigh of relief before another contraction came and I screamed out in pain. And soon after another 20 minutes, "It's a girl." I could hear the gentle smiles on her face.

The door shot open drowning the cries of the babies for a quick second. "Is it-!..." He froze at the sight of the twins in the nurses arms as they were about to be cleaned.

He had an expressionless look on his face. Like he didn't know what to do... His mouth was dropped open slightly and he just starred down at them. The nurse allowed him to take it all in for a second before walking past him.

She came back soon with both babies quietly curled up in blankets. She lay the two in my arms and I smiled down at them. I looked up at Gabriel who was now standing next to me looking down at the two with the same wondrous look.

"Do you want to hold them?" I asked. Gabriel blinked and looked at me eyes wide. He looked, scared? I furrowed my eyebrows before giving him a gentle smile. "It's fine Gabriel. They're your children and you've showed you're a better person."

He took a second before slowly nodding. The nurse came over to help, picking the baby up and telling him how to hold it before placing the little girl in his arms.

"What should we name them?" I asked. "I was thinking about Hunter for this little boy." I smiled down at the little boy who lay wrapped quietly in the blue blanket.

"Dahlia..." Gabriel said, his words mumbled pieces of ancient, lost memories.

I looked to him with question. "Dahlia was my sister... she was only 2 months..."

"We can name her Dahlia after her if you wish." I told him with sympathy. All he was able to give was a slight nod looking down at the little girl in his arms.

I was so tired when we got back to the alpha hall. Gabriel told me to go to bed and he'd put the two away in the cribs.

The strange room I saw had been Dahlias, it still had her crib and it also held Gabriel's crib in the closet. The room before we painted it had some holes and dents in it. Even a few blood splatters here and there.. it was hard for Gabriel I could tell but soon we were able to recover the blue sky and rainbow that once covered the walls.

I fell asleep rather quickly that night. When I awoke the next morning, I was surprised to find Gabriel gone? Normally he'd either wake me up or I'd get up before him?

I got out of bed and walked out. I peeked into the nursery but no one was in there? I walked out a little more following the scent of my newborns and their father and smiled brightly at the sight.

On the couch, Gabriel lay with his two children curled up in his chest. They all slept peacefully and frankly, I didn't want to wake them.

It was still pretty early and no one would be up so I quietly walked outside and got some breakfast before bringing it back to the alpha hall.

Once I entered the room I heard Gabriel take a breath in before yawning. His head shook slightly as he struggled to open his eyes but was finally able to blink them open.

He yawned again showing off some teeth before he pulled himself up, careful of the kids. Of course, sleeping, the children were quiet, little, newborn pups.

"I brought breakfast." I told him. I walked over setting the plate of bacon, sausage and eggs down on the coffee table in front of him.

"Can I feed them..." I heard him ask as I turned to go get us a fresh pair of clothes.

"Hmm?" I stopped and gave him a curious look.

"Dahlia and Hunter... can I feed them..?" He looked back to the plate if food and I gave a little laugh.

"Gabriel, babies don't eat this kind of food. They'll drink milk for a little and then they go to eating soft things like baby food or apple sauce." I told him with a gentle smile.

"Then I'll go get some milk." He volunteered as he went to get up.

"Not that milk Gabriel, like formula or you can also breastfeed them." Gabriel only gave me a look of confusion and I gave another little laugh.

"How about I show you how when they wake up?" I asked and he nodded before looking back at the two sleeping figures.

I walked off ack to our room where I then grabbed all we would need for clothes that day. I got changed in the room before walking out with Gabriel's clothes to change in.

Handing Gabriel his clothes, I then went over to the kids. "Why don't you go change, I'll wait for you to come back before I feed them." I told him.

Gabriel walked off, soon coming back in the new change of clothes. At this time the two little pups began to shift back to their human form and let out little hungry whines.

Gabriel gave a worried look rushing over as I picked them up. "Don't worry, they're just hungry." I explained. I got up holding each child in one arm carefully. I then had Gabriel follow me to the nursery.

We had installed a mini kitchen type thing so I could make the bottles easily instead of walking back and forth to the regular kitchen.

I cooed to the two hungry babies before placing them in their cribs to make them bottles. I walked over to the kitchen before grabbing all the necessaries and showing Gabriel how to make a bottle.

"And now it's done. All that's left is to feed the two." I gave him a gentle smile placing my bottle down before walking over to the cribs and picking Dahlia and Hunter up. Handed Dahlia over to Gabriel before picking up my own bottle. I gently placed the nub to her crying mouth and let her drink holding the bottle up to help her.

"Just like this. You gotta hold the bottle up slightly but not to high. It just helps the baby drink better." I explained. He nodded before doing the same.

"Good!" I praised. He gave a gentle smile looking down at the little baby in his arms.

All of a sudden, a loud bang was heard from the the sitting room. The twins began to whine at the loud noise. Setting down the bottle I allowed Gabriel to set Dahlia in my arms and softly cooed to the two as I followed Gabriel to find out what was going on.

We were met with Jacob who almost ran into Gabriel. He had a worried expression in his face. "Alpha Gabriel!" He began. "He's here! Your father is here!"
