The class was over and everyone started to pack things up. On my phone I checked which class I was having next. It was chemistry which is on the other side of the school. I sighed mentally and started heading for it.

When I finally got there, I went to my place on the right side of the room. I sat next to (f/n) but she still wasn't here and thus I texted her.

Where are you?? Leving me all alone in hell?

I got a respond back almost immediately.

Sorry, I went home sick :'(

I replied.

"Miss (l/n), please put your phone away." I sighed and put it in my bag. "Alright, today we are going to do an experiment in pairs. So put on a labcoat and glasses everyone."

Why did (f/n) has to be sick. Now I've got to do this all alone.

"(f/n)" Someone tapped my shoulder. It was (c/n). "I'm sitting alone too. Want to do the experiment with me?"

"Yeah, sure." I said and (c/n) sat beside me. "Could you explain a few things? Chemistry is not really my thing..."

Why did I ask that?! Now he probably thinks I'm stupid. This experiment wasn't even that hard according to our teacher.

"Yes, no problem." He said with a smile. "So this fluid has to go in that test tube. After that we have to add water."

The rest of the experiment (c/n) explained everything to me. He did it very clearly and he didn't mind repeating it if I still couldn't understand it. He gave me compliments when I did something right and this made me feel so happy. Hmm... (f/n) can skip this class more often hahah.

This period was almost over so we started to clean everything up. (c/n) was cleaning the test tubes and I was writing a few last things in my notebook.

"Hey, (y/n). Look at this!" (c/n) said.

I turned my head to him and he splashed whatever was in the test tube onto my face. It came in my eyes but it was just water, luckily. Hmm I have an idea.

"Auch! (c/n), it hurts! What was in the test tube?!" I rubbed my eyes.

"Oh shit. I'm so sorry. Here clean your eyes with water."

He opened the water crane that was next to our table and I got closer until I almost had my head underneath it. I smirked and splashed him with the water.

"Got you!" I laughed.

(c/n) looked at me confused but after a few seconds he started to laugh too and splashed me. This went on till the teacher sent us away. Still laughing we went to the principals office.

"I'm glad you didn't get hurt. I was so afraid that I didn't clean it good enough."

"It's okay. Only unfortunate thing now is that we have detention." I sighed.

"Would you like to do something with me after detention?" (c/n) asked out of the blue and he grabbed my hand.

"I... I uhm. Yes sure." I blushed a bit and he laughed.
