"Do we have everyone?" The teacher said.

Another teacher answered and the bus started moving. As I looked outside the window I saw people on their bike going to school. But not us. We were going to the snowy mountains with our class to ski there. We will stay there for like five days.

In the bus I sat next to (f/n). We talked all the way in the six hour trip to the destination. A few times I glanced at  (c/n) who was sitting diagnoly before me. I've liked him for quite a while now.

When we arrived we brought our luggage to the rooms, dressed us in skiing clothes and had a quick meal. After everyone was done we went to the pistes. We were devided into a few groupes: the beginners and advanced. Those groups were devided into ski and snowboard. (F/n) and I were in the beginner snowboard group, (c/n) in advanced unfortunately.

The first day we didn't go very high up in the mountains. They taught us the basics so we could stand and keep balance on our boards.

At the end of the day and after a lot of falling I actually quite managed to go down hill and so did (f/n). We went back to our hotel and had dinner. After that we still had a few hours before we went to sleep and thus (f/n) gathered up some people to play truth or dare. Including (c/n)...

The first few rounds I was safe till a girl asked me 'truth or dare'.

"Truth." Yep I'm a wuss. There was someone who had to drink toilet water. No thanks I'm playing safe. Or I thought so...

"Who would you make out with? You can only chose out of the ones who are sitting here."

My head turned tomato. That who'd be (c/n) but like hell I was going to say that.

"Tough question haha. But I'd choose Jacob." I picked a random person sitting in front of me.

"Oehh Jacob. New girlfriend?" The boys teased him but not (c/n). He was just looking down at his hands. Did he not enjoy this game?

Anyway, it was getting late and because we had to get up early tomorrow (f/n) and I went to bed. once I'd showered, brushed my teeth and changed into my pj's I crawled into my bed. It wasn't the most comfortable bed there is but since I was very tired from this day I fell asleep almost immediately.

The next day we had to get up around 7 o'clock so we could leave around 8. During breakfast I sat with my friend and a few others. We talked about that we would go higher up in the mountains. It was pretty exciting but so much fun. Unfortunately the wetter wasn't that good today. It was cloudy with a chance of a snowstorm.

When we arrived at the slopes all groupes had to go to the top. And so we went uphill in a gondola lift. After a while we arrived at the top and attached our snowboards to our shoes. A few meters to the left I spotted (c/n). He was talking to his friends and I saw them glancing my way. I couldn't hear what they said unfortunately.

(f/n) tugged my arm. "Let's go, (y/n)."

I nodded and we went downhill. the first slope was a blue one so that went well. It was nice to go fast and look down at the slope from above. There were a lot of kids and they are so good. Can't believe it how fast they can go. They even go down the black slope. We got at a 'resting place' and we chose this time for the red slope. Just to try and see how steep it is. We went down as slow as a slug but we only fell a few times and not even that hard. We managed to go all the way downhill and we saw everyone sitting in the snow waiting for the rest to arrive at the bottom.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well, apparently the weather is changing." The girl pointed at the sky. There was a dark cloud heading this way. "The teachers said it would be to dangerous in a heavy snowstorm so they are looking for another activity to do. Or maybe another place to go skiing."

"I don't really care about a little cloud. I'm going up again. Who wants to come with me?" A guy said and he headed for the gondola lift.

A group of like thirteen people followed him, including (c/n) but he turned around and walked over to me.

"You coming too?" He asked with a smile.

"I'm not sure." I looked over to the cloud.

"Ah, it's nothing. I've snowboarded a thousend times in weather like that. And besides, it's not even sure if it is really going to storm."

I didn't even have a choice because he pulled me with him. In the gondola we were only with the two of us. The rest of the group was already ahead of us and (f/n) didn't want to come.

"All of us are going down the black slope. It's best if you come with us, otherwise you'll be on your own."

Well thanks for saying this now. I would have definately changed my mind if I had known this.

(c/n) saw me getting nervous. "I saw you snowboarding. For a beginner you are pretty good. I think you'll be able to do this, okay?" He laid his hand on my leg. "I'll stay with you. I don't mind going your speed."

"Thanks (c/n). I'm getting a tiny bit less nervous now." I laughed.

We made it to the top but it was getting darker above our heads. (c/n) had said not to pay attention so that's what I did.

The first part was blue so I managed to go the same speed as everyone else. The black part was harder and I went downhill very slowly. (c/n) stayed with me just like he said he would. The rest of the group was already out of our sights. I actually started to feel bad. I was so slow and (c/n) probably wanted to go downhill faster. I speeded up a bit and at the beginning it went well but after a few seconds I lost controll. The tip of the snowboard pointed down so I gained more and more speed. I heard yelling which was (c/n) of course but I couldn't hear what he said. There was a small hope of snow which I couldn't dodge. I went up in the air and came down on a hard icy ground. An agonizing pain went through my body. I heard (c/n) cursing and calling my name but I couldn't answer. All air was pushed out of my lungs.
