Keepin' Her Bed Warm While Her Husband's Away (BurrxTheodosia)

Burr's Pov:

Aaron looked up at the house in front of him. A smile spreading onto his lips. It was dark outside, and that's the only time he comes to this house. He looked around before knocking on the door. He heard footsteps hurrying to the door.

The door opened up and a woman's face appeared. A wide smile on her face when she saw Aaron. "You came.." She said her voice gentle.

"I always show up don't I?" Aaron said in return, a grin forming onto his own lips.

The woman quickly pulled Aaron inside closing the door. "Aaron..." She said almost in a whisper. She turned to look at him her face sort of serious now.

"What is it?" He said his grin disappearing quickly.

"You realize if you're caught here the British would have you killed...." The woman looked slowly looked up at Aaron.

Aaron put a hand on her cheek. "Theodosia... I know.." He said in a soft whisper.

Theodosia leaned into Aaron's touch. "I just don't want you hurt..."

"Theodosia, I'll be alright." Aaron said kissing her head gently.

Theodosia smiled softly. "You must be tired. You probably worked hard today..." Theodosia grabbed Aaron's hand and began to lead Aaron to her room. Aaron let her pull him there.

His mind was trailing off. He had worked hard that day. He had tons of clients to get sorted out. Anything from petty land fueds, to a possible murder.

He and Theodosia laid on bed. Aaron wrapped his arms around her waist. "Aaron?"

"Yes love?" Aaron said looking down at her.

"I don't want you to ever leave...." Theodosia said burying her face into Aaron's chest.

Aaron said softly. "I know....but maybe one day, I'll be able to stay for ever. Maybe one day we could even have a kid... But for now, this will have to do."

Theodosia looked up at Aaron her eyes wide. "Why do you risk yourself like this?"

"Because I love you. You are my everything Theodosia. You are beautiful and courageous. I don't know why you chose me. I'm grumpy most of the time." That caused Theodosia to laugh slightly.

"I can make you not grumpy easily." Theodosia said softly.

"Oh how so?" Aaron said grinning and raising a brow.

"Like this~" Theodosia kissed Aaron gently. Aaron could feel the passion that both of them put into the kiss. Aaron pulled away gently. A grin reappearing on his face. "I told you~"

Aaron chuckled gently and nodded. "You did."

"Aaron...remember what you said about kids...?" Theodosia started.

"Yes." Aaron said raising a brow. "What about it?..." Aaron started before his eyes widened and looked down at her stomach then back up at her. "Are you?! Are we?!"

Theodosia nodded giggling softly. "You're going to be a father Aaron.."

"I'm going to be a father!!!" Aaron said a bit louder than he probably should.
