Destiny of two

Chapter 13

Today is Wednesday. Usually I am really busy on wednesdays. So many lessons, and such. I thought that today would be just the same as any other day.

I walk into math class. We do the exact same things; warm up, correct homework, then do classwork. As I am working on my classwork, I overhear Darryn talking to Gonzalo.

"Hey Gonzalo, did you hear about the fight?" Darryn whispers

"No whos gonna fight?"

"I think Its Wren and Leo."

I hear him whispering and think to myself: the Wren I know? I decided to join the conversation.

"Wait Darryn what happened?"

"I think that Wren and Leo are going to fight. Wait aren't you best friends with him or something? darryn says and asks.

Gonzalo adds in. "You are best friends with Wren? No way"

"No she actually is. Right Raelin?"

"Yea."

"See I told you Gonzalo."

Wait so Darryn what is actually going to happen?"

"There going to fight. And don't go and talk to Wren because I really want to see this fight."

"But what if something bad happens!"

"Oh well. This is going to be a good fight.

"Well if I tell him not to fight I think that he will listen."

"I know. Thats why im telling you not to."

"Well maybe I will and maybe I won't. Well see."

After math, I went straight to the art room to try and catch Wren. I went up right behind him and poked him on the shoulder, but he didn't see me and kept walking. I was freaking out on the inside, but I didn't know why. I didn't need to worry about Wren getting into a fight because I know he can make good decisions for himself. Right?

I quickly walked over to English after that. I was really hyper and worked up. What could I say? Darryn had English with me so I had time to find out more info.

"Darryn what time is the fight going to be at?

"In pe. I get to watch it all!"

"Oh yipee you you."

"Dont worry I will stop the fight if Wren starts bleeding."

"Ok"

I was reassured a little bit.But, I was still on edge the whole rest of the day. Finally, last period came around; the period Wren had pe. We had a sub that day. So he didn't really mind when a bunch of people asked to go to the bathroom one after another. Yea right they were going to the "bathroom". When Gonzalo came back from the bathroom, he came over to the water fountain; which I sit right next to.

"Wren got punched a couple times in the face. and he is bleeding everywhere!"

"No way I dont believe you."

"Yea I was just kidding."

"Good."

I felt way more calm now because I thought all the fighting was just a joke that was never going to happen. Science flew by and I went straight to the front of the school after. I see a girl Emily that I knew so I walked over and started talking to her. All of a sudden two girls from a high school come up and stand next to Emily.

"Are these your sisters?"

"Yea"

I turn around and see Addy walking up.

"Hi Addy!"

"Hi"

She turns and starts talking to one of Emily's sisters.

"Im so happy your with Wren now!"

What? I feel like everyone in the world knows who Wren is. But doesn't Wren have a girlfriend here? Yea Im pretty sure he does. Hmm.

As I look over my shoulder, I see Wren walking up with his mom. Wren looks really pissed for some reason. So does his mom. They walk past us quickly without looking at anyone. Doesn't even glance back.

"Wren where's Stanley."

"I dont know."

"I think he walked that way." The other girls and I say.

"Wren lets go."

They keep walking and head straight for their car. A small white car with some stickers on it. As their walking I notice that Wren's mom has a tattoo with Wrens name on the back of her neck. Hmm cool. Also I notice that one of Emily's sisters walks away with them. Where is she going? As Wren;s mom and The girl get into the car, Wren runs over to some girl standing on the corner of the street and hugs her. Wow. Right in front of me. I know that he know's that I see him. THen. he runs back into the car and they drive away. As their pulling out of the driveway, my mom pulls in. I open the door and get into the car.

"Hi how was your day?"

"So great so great."
