I put my clothes on and walk to the kitchen. Oh, yeah, we don't have anything to eat except the ramen from last night. I come back to the bedroom where Hanbin is staring at the ceiling with his hands behind his head. I look up. Ok, nothing different about the ceiling.
- I'm going out to buy some breakfast, any especial requests?
Hanbin looks at me for a second but then returns to look at the ceiling.
- I could use some coffee...
- Anything else?
- Hm... Something sweet.
- That's it?
He nods.
- Ok, I'll be right back.
I grab my wallet from my bag, my shoes on the door and walk down the stairs to the streets. I arrive at a small coffee shop to order Hanbin's coffee, getting myself a hot chocolate. I also order two sandwiches and a couple of cupcakes.
When I'm back home he's on the living room couch watching something on tv. I hand him his coffee and the things I bought for us to eat.
- There you go.
- Thanks. Since when do you drink coffee? - he says eyeing my cup.
- Since never, it's hot chocolate.
- Oh, ok. That makes more sense.
We eat in silence, watching the tv and we end up staying there for the entire morning, making random conversation.
We decide to go out for lunch to have some actual food. We talk all the way to the restaurant, laughing at stupid things. When we arrive we get a table for two and make our orders. While waiting for the food I look around to appreciate the environment. It's really nice and it has a warm vibe about it, like you're home. I eventually realize that there's a lot of couples here but one of them caught my attention. Two guys are sitting across each other, holding hands in top of the table. No one seems to care about them, which is not a very common thing around here. Maybe you're safe here. The two seem very happy. They probably just started dating. I remember what it feels like and I really miss it but my last relationship was kind of horrible. The taller one turns around when their food arrives and thanks the waitress.
- Jiwon are you listening to me?
- Isn't that guy from our class?
Hanbin sighs and looks around.
- Yeah, Junhoe I think. He's a good singer.
I nod lightly and take in the information.
- What about the small boy with him?
Hanbin looks at me with a totally not amused face and turns his head again.
- I think he's graduating this year but I'm not really sure if it's on music... Maybe on dance? Or acting? I really don't know. Why do you ask?
I turn back to look at Hanbin. Ok, I can't really say that I envy their relationship.
- Just wandering. I couldn't remember where I knew they from.
I take a last glance to them and change the subject.
- So, what were you talking about?
