Dear Diary,
My Wife had given birth to an adorable little man. He had Chocolate brown eyes, Raven colored hair,a cute little smile and a giggle you can't resist not to laugh with.

“Sir! Madame Marina had given birth successfuly! Your Family awaits you!”
The maid has gleefully said after rushing into my room and busting the door open. She stood there at the hallway a smile stretched from ear to ear, she then started walking into my direction.

“He will become the next head of the household! He is but a very fine young man!” She added as she excitedly placed a hand upon my resting yet seemingly tense shoulder.

I had sat there for moments, deeply and solemly worrying about my son and Marina's-- My family's-- well being, what if something happened? Then what could it be? I can only pray should it not be something tragic.

“Is there something wrong good sir?” She had asked, it was rather annoying, the way she had said it felt like she was more or so sarcastically speaking.

“There is nothing wrong, I am just thinking.”
The words that I had said sounded more negative than that of I had wished to.

I stared at her wrinkled face and a worried look took over my face, and she intently studied my reactions.

Silence then washed over the entire room. It was awkward and utmostly thick that it was near suffocating.

The maid cleared her throat, breaking the silence and easing the awkward and tense staring contest.

“Well, Sir, Your wife and child is waiting. I see no sense to prolong the staring contest.” She claimed and paid me a reassuring smile, as if to say everything will soon be fine.

I then gave her a small nod, signalling her to go and that I will follow shortly after her. She understood and gave a miniscule bow in return as she turned around and paced back into Marina's room.

I am both excited and tense, bewildered and afraid, paranoid and content-- there are just too many emotions that I felt that I cannot simply put it into words, I was very afraid, very anxious.

With a deep breath I stood up from my chair and followed the maid.

As I walked around our home, I studied my surroundings like a visitor would do on their first time at a friend's house. The walls were painted white, and portraits hung lazily among the walls. We had wooden floor boards glazed with a plastic like cover that I do not have no knowledge of. Most furnitures were made out of wood, polished to perfection and carved with extreme precision.

“Come Sir, Madame and young master are awake.”

Marina and I have decided his name would be "Arrel Greene".

It was a name decided mostly by Marina, due to her love for the Fairytale "The Little Mermaid" and for her weird connection to the ocean.

“I want to name him Ariel.”
Marina demanded a grin plastered upon her face, clearly mocking and teasing me for we have talked about this before, and I already declined her offer. Adjusting herself so she was leaning against the wall and the headboard of the bed.

“Marina, we talked about this befo-”
She had cut me off.

“Yes and that Is why I came up with a name that both of us would benefit from! We'll name him 'Arrel', and oh, you don't have a choice!” She said and a laugh escaped her lips right after her statement. And there is a lot of things I can resist in this world but Marina's Laugh is not written on my list. I sat on the side of the bed
