Both he and his father have been considered dead during the accident but no body was found. They were hit by a truck, sent flying off the cliff due to the impact and landed on the ocean below. The Truck's driver also died during the accident.
A Diary, Phone and Camera Recorder was found. But due to the case being fatal, and because it was pointless to keep; for the truck was actually personally owned by the driver, there was no one to sue.
The items were given to the only contact in the Phone, the only living contact to be precise, for there were only two numbers:
Louis Greene
Aries Greyson
Case has been filed and has been dismissed for everyone involved in the accident has died.
To this date. No body has been found.
