He just left? My mate just attacked my pack members and left without looking back!!

I growled loudly and my beta and a few others looked at me with wide eyes. Follow them! I don't care how dangerous it is or how long it takes , find them , and leave the bloody rogue king alive I ordered , no matter how bad he may be , if somebody kills him they kill me.

Why goddess? Why?? Why me? Why him?

I huffed then started trotting after their scents.

A while of following later , I realized the pack had split into two , with the rogue king and the strongest smelling scents going to the next territory and the younger smelling ones going off to goddess knows where.

I decided not to send pack members after them and carried on running after my rogue mate.

I scented anger and frustration within his scent and I rolled my eyes. He's angry? Try finding out you are mated to the most notorious werewolf around who actually has a death sentence on him , how am I going to get around that?

Why does he smell so angry? I understand a bit angry but this type of angry is not the type of angry you get when you are nearly caught or attacked? my beta , Ashley, asked and I sighed.

I trust him enough.

Because we both found out something that might complicate things I explained and it only took him a moment to understand.

Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn , man that gotta suck.... he commented and I rolled my eyes.

Are you still going to kill him? I don't think we will be able to survive without a sane ALPHA so I wouldn't suggest it he explained and I gave him a look as I ran.

I might not be able to stop it , if I he doesn't kill me in the first place anyway I sighed inside the mindlink.

You think he would do that? Kill his mate I mean , I think rogues are crazy enough to do that , and the KING of all those rogues..well.. he trailed off .

I think I have to be careful. None of them will hesitate to kill anyone of us , even if they found out you were their mate. Let's just hope I can knock him out before he kills too many people I smirked at my own idea.

We heard howling and growling in the distance, telling us we were catching up. Whatever happens, whenever it happens, we need to get rid of the rogues, whatever that may take I explained to Ashley and he nodded in agreement.

Anxiety filled me as we crossed the border line of a friendly pack and we got ready to attack.

(Ziathe's POV)

We stalked towards the next pack house more quickly this time. Seen as I didn't fancy getting surprised like that again.

I knew they would catch up with us, because of my scent to my mate, and I had already told my pack about this unfortunate occurrence.

They had all agreed to still go ahead with the plans and I managed to convince them I didn't need a mate.

I could easily even kill him myself and survive still as sane as I am right now.

I heard the next pack howling in anger as we crossed their territory line. My pack immediately howled hostilely back and a bunch of wolves broke through the trees.

I growled and leaped forward , instantly ripping the wolf's in fronts throat clean out. The others swerved to avoid me as they fought us and I smirked.
