(Zaithe's POV) 

Pain was all the surrounded me as I came back into consciousness. First thing I noticed is that I was human and jumped up as I shifted. I lowered myself onto the ground as I looked around, flicking my ears in every direction. 

I was in a circular room made of hard rock, there was a small window high up that I couldn't fit through and a metal door placed just above the ground.

I looked around for anything else but there was nothing, just a plain room. 

I growled as I limped up to the door, my joints still aching. 

I smelt the breeze coming through the small crack underneath it. Aspen had been out there recently, and so had I. I growled and scratched the door. It made a very unpleasant sound and I winced before backing off. 

Well, shit. 

There is no way out. What the hell am I supposed to do now? Shit shit shit!!

I growled louder in frustration and started circling the chamber. I scratched at the wall and made sharp turns as I ran around it. 

Then chuckling sounded in my head and I growled at him. You won't get out like that  he commented and I laid my ears back. 

Fuck off I commented back and he laughed at me. 

I growled at my surroundings, getting even more frustrated. 

You're wasting your energy he commented again. Go die you fucking twathead! I mind shouted and scratched the door again.

Why do you act all angry all the time? he asked while chuckling and I shook my head, wanting to get his voice out of it. Because I hate you and you've taken me away from my pack and stopped me..well from killing you I replied and sat in the middle of the chamber uncomfortably. 

Oh? And why do you hate me then? he asked and I scowled, can't he just leave me alone? 

Because you're an asshole  I dead panned simply and Aspen scoffed. You were the one that was an asshole first, I was only an asshole because you were an asshole, so , why were you being an asshole? he confused me by repeating that word too much and tilted my head. 

Huh? 

He chuckled again and I growled at him. You know the only reason you lost is because of your inferior intelligence He replied and I snarled. What does inferior mean?? 

I'm guessing it means less, what? I never went to school okay? Doesn't mean I'm stupid!

Why did you want to kill me in the first place, Ziathe?! he asked me like i was stupid and I growled as I stood up and started circling the room again. 

Because you're an Alpha! I replied in frustration. 

And that means you should kill me? 

Yes.

Why?

Because you are in charge of a corrupt system!

How is it corrupt?

No one is equal! some people don't have a choice in where they stand in the ranks! just because they were born that way!

So you'd prefer to have no one in charge?

No, a group of people working under one leader would be in charge.
