Biana's POV

"Iggy!" I can hear Sophie shriek from the front door.

"You better go up and help her get ready," Edaline sighs, "She won't let me in."

I get why Sophie's freaking out but it's not that big a deal.

Okay, maybe it was.

It definitely was.

Sophie was holding her Winnowing Galla (is that it?) and it was a huge deal.

It's not that anyone was wondering who she'd dance with. It was pretty obvious.

This was the first party Grady and Edaline had held since Jolie's death, and it made this an even bigger deal.

But there was no way the party wasn't going to be spectacular. It's Grady and Edaline for goodness sake.

So, I'm guessing Sophie's fretting over what to wear, and Iggy's filled her shoes with stuff and I bet she's just a wreck right now.

And, as the good friend I am, I make my way up the stairs in my own party outfit.

It's a sparkly pink dress with a simple top and a full skirt. I had on the world's highest, most sparkly silver heels, and I had on only a little make up, because I'm pretty without it. Sophie's taught me that. I have my hair in a fancy updo, and about a million hair products in.

When I open Sophie's door without bothering to knock everything's a mess. There's dresses and makeup and shoes strewn everywhere, and Sophie still has only pyjamas on, and she's scrambling around her room in panic.

"Biana, oh my God I'm so glad you're here." Sophie says, relieved.

"Sophie, I'll take care of this. Go take a shower, and I'll put an outfit in the bathroom, okay?"

Sophie just gratefully nods and heads to the shower.

I look around her room, which looks like the closet threw up in it, and I pick the perfect outfit, put it in the bathroom and wait to do Sophie's makeup.

Keefe's POV

I arrive at Havenfield a little early, because I want to make sure Foster is ready for tonight.

As I sit in the kitchen, thankful that Grady and Edaline are preparing the decorations outside, I hear someone come down the stairs.

"Oh hey Keefe." Biana says, obviously tired.

As I open my mouth to say something she just shushes me and winks, making me wait for whatever was about to happen.

When I see Foster make her way down the stairs my heart either skips about a thousand beats, or it stops all together.

She's wearing a knee length red dress, which is an amazing color on her, that will work well when she's dancing because of her clumsiness, hence the golden flats instead of heels. The little makeup she had on her face was golden, and it brought out the color of her eyes. Her hair was in a simple braid, but that didn't make her look any less gorgeous.

She smiles warmly open seeing me and I swear I can see her eyes widen a little.

I was wearing extremely nice clothes - I had a red top and black pants - and the cape that I gave her a while ago, while we were checking on Silveny.

Her smile gets even wider and I realize that my mouth was hanging open. So, I close it and smirk, making her blush.

"Ooh, my favorite game, make Foster blush!" She blushes even more with that, and I can't help but smile.

She comes over to give me a hug, and asks, "Will you dance with me tonight?"

I feign shock, because I knew she loved me and I said, "Of course, we're the unstoppable team Foster-Keefe and we will be triumphant!" I say enthusiastically while pumping my fists in the air.

I give her a small kiss and get ready to ask Foster the question of a lifetime.
