"It's not what you do, it's how you do it."

Tuesdai

"So you agreed to that?" I just shook my head and sipped on my lemonade. I was out with Stacy before I went to work. Yes, I have a job. I work as a pharmacist at a very upscale pharmacy in the rich parts of Manhattan. Just because I take these niggas money don't mean I'm some dumb nonindependent woman. I got money to fall back on. "Pretty much." She chuckled and shook her head. "Whats that's supposed to mean?" "Nothing, just means Rah still got you wrapped around that finger of his." "Is that a bad thing?" I asked annoyed. "No, of course not, I'm just sayin. Don't be getting snappy Tues, I'm just looking out for you." I smirked at her before rolling my eyes. "Anyways. I'm not sure I can make up my mind in a week. It's Monday and I have until Sunday.

She looked at me with her thinking face on. I laughed as she scrunched her nose up. "How about a date every night of this week. It'll get you some time to see if that old flames still there." I raised an eyebrow at her showing off my own thinking face which she laughed at, I flicked her off and thought this over once more. "That doesn't sound like such a bad idea Stace. What would I do without you." She smiled cockily before waving me off.

To Rah: Meet me in front of Swartx Pharmacy in a hour."

Rah: Iight

I finished up my work and was headed out the door. I saw Rah leaned up on his all white Benz smiling. I smiled back and hugged him tightly. He kissed my forehead and then my lips. "Wassup?" He looked concerned as I sat in his car twiddling my thumbs.

"Well about this week thing we got going on. I think we should do dates every night out of the week. You know, so that we can see if we were meant to really be together." He took a sip of whatever was in his Styrofoam cup before resting it back in the cup holder and leaning his head back on the head rest. "Better idea." I sat sideways so that I could look into his eyes. "We should live together for the week. What better way to know if you and someone were meant to be than to live with that person, right?

I shook my head. "Nope. Do you not remember when we did live together?" "That was when were young Tues. We're grown ass people now. Let's just try it out." He pouted his lips out and looked at me. I laughed. "I don't know Rahmell." "If you get uncomfortable we can stop and never see each other again. It's only a week."

I sighed. "Alright. Whose house?" "Mine." I rolled my eyes. "Why not mine?" "Cause I'm the man." "Sexist." He laughed. "Where you wanna go eat?"

After Rah dropped me back off he told me he would meet back at my job so that we could go to my house and pack some clothes. I was kinda excited about this. I hadn't lived with Rah in three long years and he was right, we are grown now. When we were young and living together we would argue over the most pettiest things like who left the cap off the tooth paste or leaving a little milk in the carton. I think if Quan wasn't around we probably would've ripped each others heads off a long time ago.

"So your really gonna do this?" Stacey asked through the phone. I shook my head as if she could see and replied with a yes. "Well I'm supporting you love. You know I got your back regardless."

"I know Stace, but he just pulled up, I'll call you tomorrow."

"Iight, girl. Love you."

"Love you more."

I hung up and walked toward my car making sure he saw me. I started the car up and made sure he was behind me so he could trail my every move. The whole way to my condo I was thinking of negative excuses to get out of living with him for a week. I knew that I was just being a drama queen, but I'm still stuck on the old Rahmell. This Rahmell that I met recently has been nothing but sweet and open. I want to believe he'll stay like this forever, but like I said. I've seen the real Rahmell before.

"Tuesdai, get it together! Just cut the man some slack!" I said aloud to myself. I sighed before turning into my condo complex and parking in my assigned space. I turned off my car and got out waiting for Rah to get out his car. He jogged over to me from across the street and smiled.

"You good ma?" I just shook my head and held out my hand for him to take so that I could lead him up the steps.

We reached my door and I unlocked it letting us in. I dropped my bag on the floor and took off my crocs leaving them at the door. He took his Retro 5's off leaving them where the other shoes were before following me up the stairs. "You doin' good for yourself I see." He laid across my bed on his stomach as he pulled out his phone from his pocket checking something. "Yeah, I guess you could say somethin' like that." He pulled out another phone and checking it before replying. "Big ballin' or nah?" "Nah." I chuckled. "How many damn phones you got nigga." He shrugged and turned over to look at me. "Two. Business and pleasure baby." I smirked before going into my walk-in closet. I grabbed my Celine small suitcase and the matching luggage tote bag. I packed my shoes and clothes in the suitcase along with undergarments. In the tote bag, I packed my hair things, makeup, body wash, lotions, perfumes, and womanly things. Just in case.

"You ready yet?" I peaked out of the bathroom door squinting at him. "Don't rush." He held his hands up in surrender and chuckled. "Take ya time baby, I ain't gonna rush ya nomore." I smiled and walked out holding the tote bag in one hand. "Now I'm ready." He got sat up and rubbed his hand over his fade before getting up and grabbing both bags while I grabbed my purse and turned off the lights in my house. I checked if the gas was on and locked up before going to my car. "Where you going?" "To my car duh." He smacked his teeth at me and put my bags in the backseat of his car.

"Nah. You my woman for the week. That means whats mine is yours. I got mad cars at my crib you can have one of those." I rolled my eyes. "I have my own car Rahmell." "But what did I say Tues? Now come on man. I'm tired and we both need showers." I sighed not wanting to start an argument on the first night. I walked to his car where he had the door already waiting for me. I thanked him and sat down as he jogged around to his side of the car. He started up the car and made his way out of the complex. "This is going to be a strange week." Was all I could think.

Hi! So I'm sorry about the late updates on this book, but hopefully you liked this chapter! Do you think the whole week will be drama free with Tuesadai and Rahmell?
