Alex

Justin ended up falling asleep at the beginning of season 2. I heard him snoring through the entire theme song. I turned the tv off looking over to him smiling a little, he looked adorable. I got my shoes and left quietly hoping he wouldn't wake up. I went into my room feeling a little tired myself and got into bed. I immediately fell asleep.

When I woke up I heard a knock on my door which scared me awake in the middle of a dream. I jumped up going to answer it and saw Justin standing there with messy hair, "Hey." He said.

I titled my head, "Is there a reason you woke me up from my slumber?"

"Just making sure you were okay. I fell asleep on you last night and didn't see you when I woke up so I just wanted to see if you were still alive." He joked.

"You could've texted." I said placing a hand on my hip.

"I would've." He said whipping out his phone, "But I never got your number."

I smiled taking his phone putting my number in it, "There. Now when we're not together you can just text me."

"Cool. Don't remember you said you'd come with me and my parents tonight!"

"Yeah yeah gotcha." I said. He smiled before walking back to his room. When I was about to close the door my dad walked out with a strange look, "Who's that?"

"Oh. Justin, this guy I met 2 days ago."

"Oh.." he said still looking strangely, "I'm glad you found a friend."

"Yeah. So what did you have planned for today?" I asked.

"Your mother and I are probably just going to chill in the hot tub, and maybe catch the movie playing in the screening room. You're welcome to join us." He invited.

"No thanks. I'm probably just going to chill. Justin and I are supposed to be going to some game night later on so I'll relax until then."

"Alright sweetie." My dad said walking into the room, "So I guess I'll see you whenever?"

"You will."

For the rest of the day I finished my Hannah Montana marathon until another knock sounded. I got off the couch and walked over seeing Justin, "Hey- hey I texted you an hour ago to get ready."

I looked down at my pajamas and looked up at him sorrily, "Sorry.. I was watching the episode where Miley had to choose between Jessie and Jake, team Jake by the way, and I just couldn't miss that, you understand right?"

Justin just stared at me, "Alex just get dressed."

"Okay okay come in. I'll just throw something on really quick?"

"Really quick?"

"Real quick." I said going over to my closet setting aside a pair of jeans and shirt. I went into the bathroom quickly changing and put my hair into a pony tail. I came out the bathroom and Justin looked up from his phone, "Why do girls take 8 hours to get ready when you literally took 5 and look just as good as them- maybe even better."

I felt my cheeks flush red. I'm pretty sure that was a compliment. I smiled, "I don't know, some girls are just different I guess."

Justin nodded, "Shall we go?"

I nodded following him out. On the way there we made small talk and once we got there we met up with his parents. I have to admit I got a little nervous.

"Hey mom, dad, this is Alex."

They turned away and thankfully warmly smiled at me, "Hi Alex. I'm Pattie and this is my husband Jeremy."
