Alex
Once I got home, I did some homework and then got a face time call from Ethan. I answered, "Hey."
"Hey. I need a girls opinion." He said straightforwardly.
"Then you've came to the right place." I laughed.
Then he lifted up the poster, I'm guessing which was for Alexandria. I looked and it looked pretty nice.
"I think it looks great."
"I'm thinking of doing it after lunch, your next period is with her right?"
"Yeah, me and Max."
"I was thinking of coming in during class after telling your teacher first, and them propose that way, on one knee. Romantic right?"
"I'd say yes." I answered honestly.
"You think she would?"
"Ethan of course she would. Don't stress it so much, your poster is beautiful and she'd be crazy not to go with you."
"Thanks Alex, what are you doing?"
"Homework." I sighed.
"Yikes. I'll leave you to it."
I laughed, "Bye Ethan." And ended the call.
As I was about to get to work again another call interrupted me. This time it was Justin, I answered, "Hey."
"Hey Alex."
"That's Alex!" I heard after a gasp. I tried to hide my eye roll, "Hey Sienna." I said once she was clear in the frame.
"Hey Alex! How are you?"
"Pretty good, you?"
"Awesome. When'll we be seeing you again?" She asked.
"Who knows." I laughed.
"Okay babe, let me talk to Alex." Justin said slightly pushing her aside.
"Okay bye Alex!" She exclaimed before getting out of the frame.
I smiled, "Well she's a joy."
He laughed, "What are you doing?"
"Homework."
"Gross." He said, "How was School?"
"Good. The very first promposal happened and it was Zoey and Sean's."
"Really? How'd that go?"
"It was sweet. She seemed happy."
"I thought they broke up."
"They did but I mean it's prom, not a get together right?"
"True." Justin said nodding in agreement, "What else is new?"
"Ethan's asking Alexandria."
"What? Why? You told me she was horrible."
"Not to him, or anybody else in school." I said annoyingly, "She's terrible."
"Have you guys spoken?"
"Oh, no. The last time we spoke is when she asked me to talk to Zoey for her."
Justin sighed, "Does Ethan know what she did to you?"
"I don't know, he should. He was there freshman year, I'm sure he witnessed me running to the bathroom crying twice a week."
"Well whoever he takes isn't gonna mess with your perfect prom night."
"Crossed fingers." I said with a smile.
