"You have a fever." Woojin concluded. Rin was laying on their couch covered in blankets, sniffling.

"You're lying." She replied. He shook his head.

"101.7 degrees. You're not going anywhere today." He replied as he pushed Rin back down. She pouted.

"But but... I'm supposed to meet Teddy to continue my song writing." She whined but Woojin didn't budge.

"I'll let them know you're sick." Woojin replied. "But you stay here. You're on house arrest."

"It's a dorm."

"Dorm arrest." Woojin corrected, rolling his eyes. "Don't be a smart ass."

"I get it from you." She replied back. They laughed but she started coughing as soon as she did. Yep... She was sick.

She hasn't had a drink in ages and whenever that happens, she usual catches fevers after having it.

Despite this known fact, she doesn't stop. It's a re-occuring cycle. Woojin wanted to stay and take care of her but their dance trainer demanded he not miss a class and Rin kept pushing him to go. In the end, he left but not without making her some chicken noodle soup and making a few ice packs for her. He finally left around 9am, which left Rin in the dorm by herself. She basically scrolled through her phone on instagram, basically checking up on her friends back in New York. She groaned as she realized all her friends were on the other side of the earth and were probably sleeping.

She tried to sleep but she was honestly restless. She laid on the couch for only 10 minutes before she got up. Her body ached in protest but she pushed on until she was on her feet. She walked over to the kitchen where they had their radio and plugged in her phone by the aux.

At first, she was playing the usual hip hop type of music until she saw an old music file she hasn't opened in years.

Hmmm...

Classical music began playing throughout the dorm. She might have had it a bit loud but she wasn't aware that anyone was in the building, at least on her floor.

-

Mino - You've been skipping out a lot. Are you sure you're okay?

Nam Taehyun sighed as he read the 4th message on his phone. He shouldn't be surprised. His bandmates were always worried about him... Which was why he wasn't going.

Nam Taehyun is a member of YG boy group WINNER. He's happily been a member... But his thoughts of regret and self-consciousness has made a reappearance. He didn't feel as if he belonged with them, which has caused him to keep his bandmates at an arms length distance.

Today, they were training again but this time, in front of their CEO. This gave him great anxiety and so, he created a fib in order to get out of it. He was so lost in thought that he didn't realize he clicked the wrong floor in the elevator and got out. He blinked a few times as very loud classical music was heard throughout the floor.

'Who the hell is playing music so loud??? They're gonna go deaf...'

'Actually... Is this classical music?'

Taehyun approached the door where the sound was coming from. There was a board put on the door.

'Woojin ❤ Soorin'

Taehyun cringed at it. It looked like one of the cheesiest things people in relationships do. They couldn't possibly be doing anything dirty with this music on... Right?

Taehyun didn't know what made him reach his hand out to the doorknob, gripping it, and even opening it when he realized it was unlocked.

[Woojin never remembers to lock his door. A problem even in NYC]

He opened the door and saw a girl in the kitchen, her back to him. She was cutting some carrots since Woojin didn't put any vegetables in the soup. Only chicken bone and broth. It wasn't exactly a smart idea to cut vegetables when you aren't exactly in the right mind... but no one said Soorin was the smartest person on the planet.

CUT

"AH! SHIT!" Rin hissed, quickly dropping the knife. She gripped her finger in her hand, staring at the blood flowing out.

"Are you okay!?" Taehyun asked, running to her... completely forgetting that she had no idea he was in her dorm nor did she give him permission to be in the dorm. She screamed before jumping around and seeing him. Taehyun froze at the spot.

"..."

"..."

"... A-are y-you o-okay?" He asked. She nodded before turning her attention back at her bleeding hand.

"I-... I'm scared of blood..." She answered, slowly tumbling down. Taehyung quickly caught her in his arms. Due to her high fever and the way her blood pressure dropped from seeing blood... she was out like a light.

-

"Rin's sick?" Teddy asked, surprised. "How sick?"

Woojin went to tell her sunbaes that she wouldn't be coming today. He thought she was only with Teddy but was surprised to see Jiyong, and Chanhyuk.

"I mean... she had a fever of over 100 degrees. I made her stay home." He replied. The three nodded.

"I guess it's okay..." Teddy said, scratching his head.

"Hyung, she's a girl. Let her recover." Chanhyuk replied. Normally, they make trainees come regardless if their sick... but they're more lenient on girls. Jiyong suddenly got up.

"I'll go see how she is." Jiyong announced, heading towards the door but stopped at the sound of Teddy's voice.

"Not so fast, GD. We still have to go through your tracks." He said. Jiyong cursed in his mind. Chanyhyuk stood up and walked over to Woojin.

"I'll walk you back. It's on the way." He said. Chanhyuk and Woojin left together. Jiyong grumbly called TOP to hurry up and get to the recording studio so they can work on their song. Sooner they finish, the sooner he can go visit Soorin.

-

"Wow... thanks doc." Rin smiled as she stared at her bandaged finger.

After Rin passed out, Taehyun carried her to the bathroom, bandaged up her cut, which wasn't as deep as he thought. He then laid her back down on the couch and covered her in a blanket. That's when he noticed how warm she was and concluded that she was sick. He went over to the kitchen to clean some of the drips of blood and saw the cut carrots. He quickly put two and two together, and finished what she was doing. He mixed the vegetables in the soup, added more spices since she would probably want that and then just sat on the chair in the kitchen, staring at her.

(Yes it's a little creepy, lay off)

She woke up a few minutes after and wasn't as scared as she was the first time.

"So... who are you?" She asked.

-

Pretty short yes. I haven't updated in two months. I honestly thought I would write more as soon as summer vacation hit but I've been working crazy hours and now I'm taking my summer class. Sorry about that.
