Author's Note: And the story is finally coming to a close!! I'll be sad to see it go, but I will be starting/continuing another book! (Not the same series) I think you guys will enjoy it!

My stomach was full of butterflies. I was getting married. To Thomas. Now. Well, not now... In ten minutes. He proposed in December, and it was beautiful. He even hired someone to take a photo when he asked me to marry him. I said yes of course, and we had planned it six months to the day. It's now a beautiful day in June, and I am excited and nervous and about fifty other emotions rolled into one. I don't know why, I love Thomas. We had been through so much together, and the layout was beautiful.

The altar is on the beach. We managed to plan this whole thing in Hawaii of all places. The chairs are in the sand facing the altar, down the beach in front of the water. We decided to do the ceremony just before the end of low tide. There's white satin across the rows of chairs on the outside, and purple lilies at the bunches. My bouquet was lilies and hydrangeas, purple hydrangeas and the lilies white.

The after party is in a beach house we rented, catered and everything. We're going old school for music and using a boom box and a phone.

My dress, oh my dress. It's a sweetheart neckline with tight fit sleeves, and a tight corset type bodice that slowly slides out around me to the floor. My hair is down, and curled. The veil is long behind me, but short in the front. For makeup I have a smoky eye type eyeshadow with mascara and my eyebrows done, with a little nude colored lipstick.

My shoes are 4 inch wedges, 2 of which are platformed. My nails are done in a very light lavender, but god knows how long they'll last. My hair is up in a braided chignon, and there are a few loose strands around my face.

"Are you excited?" my mom asked. We finally made up a month before the wedding, and honestly, I'm glad. I missed her, as overbearing as she can be.

"Yeah, along with fifty other emotions..." I replied. I looked my self over in the mirror again. Who was this person staring back? She looked to pretty to be me.

"Honey, stop. You look beautiful."

"What if he doesn't recognize me?"

"What?"

"Under all this makeup."

"Oh hush. Come here." She pulled my against her, wrapping me in a very warm and comforting hug.

"Mom, what if the marriage doesn't work out? What if something goes wrong."

"Madalyn Topol! You stop this right now! You are going to be fine!"

"Okay." My head was spinning. I forgot how to move. I just stood there, not knowing. Nothing. Aaron poked his head in. He was Thomas' best man.

"Hey pretty lady it's time to go get married." He said, with a smirk. "And if you don't hurry, I will carry you to where you start."

"Don't you dare try to carry me again after last time. I'd prefer to not have bruises today."

"Okay, fine. But seriously, come on." His head popped back out, and my bridesmaids headed out the door. Tara, Emily, and Julia, with my mom as my maid of honor.

"You ready, sweetie?" asked my mom.

"Yes... Let's do this." I am not the fondest of attention, so when all eyes went to me, I blushed. A lot. Thomas was down the beach, the sun making his hair bright. I walked down the beach slowly, having trouble in the sand.

The ceremony was beautiful, and so were the rings. I was officially a married woman. I let that sink in before our first dance. I hadn't changed, I was still in my wedding dress, and it was comfortable, and I hadn't ditched the heels yet. I stashed a pair of flats in case I needed them.

"May I have this dance?" Asked Thomas.

"Who else can?" I replied, laughing a little.

"No one," he whispered. "We're married. I get you forever, and that makes me so happy that I can't put it into proper words."

"At least you can form words right," I said "I've been saying the wrong words to everyone, messing up the pronunciation."

"Well," he started "You got 'I do' right, so mess up as much as you want." he kissed my forehead. We danced and danced, and then danced some more. Best night ever.

After four years of marriage, we had our very own daughter. Phoebe Leena Wynne. She was two years old now, and Thomas insists she looks just like me. I don't mind. She's a sweetheart. She hasn't ever thrown a tantrum. Her first words were 'love you' and that makes me really happy.

"Moooooooooooma," called Phoebe happily.

"Yes Phoebs?" I picked her up.

"No, floor." She said. "Go get Dad. He's diiiirtyyy." I laughed as she scrunched up her tiny nose. I walked out to the backyard, where Thomas was putting away the lawn mower.

"Hi honey. Phoebe wants you to clean up. Go take a shower." I said, laughing.

"Okay." He knelt down. "Phoebe am I really that dirty?"

"Yeeeeesssss daddy!" she cried, squealing when he poked her nose.

"Mommy my nose is dirty." She looked at me and then at her nose while keeping a pouted expression, making me laugh.

"Let's go clean it, okay?"

"Okay." We walked hand in hand inside, where Thomas had left a trail.

"Ew, the floor too." Phoebe observed. "Daddy didn't take off his shoes."

"I guess not."

"Hey Madds," said Thomas coming up from behind, trapping me in his arms. I leaned back.

"You smell clean," I laughed. "Phoebe would approve."

"Where is my baby girl?" he looked around

"Asleep."

"My shower was that long?"

"No. You were down here. I was just sneaky."

"Oh."

When Phoebe was asleep was the only time we got any time, really. I sat on our couch, and picked up my half finished book. Thomas picked up my legs, placing them back onto his lap.

"You're going to read again?" he asked

"Yup!" I said, opening the book.

"How about a movie?"

"This is why I haven't finished this book. You always come up with something else." I started reading.

"Come on, Madds. Let's do something."

"I am. I'm reading. You should grab a book."

"Fine. But tomorrow is my choice?"

"Says who?"

"Me."

"If you want to choose you have to put her down."

"Or maybe it's your turn tomorrow..." he trailed, laughing. "I'm kidding. Don't I usually?"

"Yes, and it's very nice." he leaned over my book, and kissed me. I managed to bookmark the page, before leaning into the kiss. It was a sweet kiss, but the opposite of short. He laid me down on the couch.

"Thomas..." I started.

"Hm?" he said, while kissing my neck.

"My book... Middle of a... Battle! Okay, stop it!" Thomas sat up.

"Everything alright?" I moved the book.

"It is now." I said, and pulled him back to me. Everything was just fine. And it always will be.
