Chapter Twenty Two: Maney Na Mann Mera..

Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength,while loving someone deeply gives you courage.

How easy life becomes once you get your priorities sorted. When you know what your destination is it becomes more easy because at that point all you need to do is to focus on the way that will lead you to your ultimate destination. You can concentrate on finding ways and walking on it rather than wrestling with the alternatives which is just too damn depressing.

Manik was experiencing the same kind of euphoria. Since now he now WHAT HE WANTS he slept peacefully and woke the next day with a wide face splitting grin. He was feeling relaxed for the first time since he laid his eyes on her.

As if realising his true feelings for Nandini--his heart found the calm which results once the storm had passed off the bay and made the coast crystal clear.

He was feeling joyous ,liberating,joyous and overwhelmingly ecstatic--but still somehow his happiness felt incomplete.Because still there was one question that he needed answer to--the most important questions of all--WHAT DOES NANDINI FEELS FOR HIM.

Of course she can't feel anything for him like he feels for her. As a matter of fact Nobody could ever match his level of compassion and obsession--but still--he needed to know does she feels anything for him at all.

He closed his eyes and once again her images flashed in front of him. Like an addict he remembered those moments --for the zillionth time--when she was in his arms and they both got lost into their own world--and once again those memories brought a smile on his face and he started smiling like a lunatic--again.

He knew that she felt something for him. He knew that she was affected too. She was caught in his spell just like he was spell bounded by her. But still he needed to know what she actually feels for him.

Why did she say yes to this wedding. Does she really want to get married to Arman. What if she is actually happy. What if she actually feels something for him--What will he do if he find out that she feels nothing for him and he was misinterpreting everything--What will he do then--How will he go on without her.

All these questions were hitting him like a wrecking ball. He knew that no matter how much it hurts him he will never stand between her and her happiness. She deserves all the happiness in the world. And he will make sure that she gets what she wants even if that means that he will have to burn himself to enlighten her life.

He will never force himself on her. If she doesn't feel anything for him he will walk out of her life and will never look back. She can go one with her life as if he never existed.

For him of course everything around him will come to end as happiness will cease to exist for him once she walked out of his life. He will never let anyone take her place and would spend his entire life loving only her--and he would continue to do that till his last breath.

But if because of some miracle she feels anything for him then he will not allow anything to come between them. He will move heaven and hell if he had to but he will not let anyone or anything snatch her away from him--so everything depends on what she thinks and feels.

Something had to be done. He knew one thing that he didn't had much time. Whatever action was required he had to make it happen quickly.He was running out of time and patience.

But before he could think any further a knock on his door broke his reverie. Next moment he saw Nyonika entering his room.
