At about twelve was when Percy and his group left for the quest. I started to slowly creep out of there at about 12:30 because I was training in the arena with the practice dummies. I don't mean to brag but this daughter of Apollo was pretty good with a blade, and of course a bow but that's natural. I decided to tell everyone I was going swimming because I really would be, I am going to swim out of camp and around to land. I ain't that bad of a swimmer either but Percy could beat me any day. Anyways I came down to the beach in some shorts and a tank top, I don't approve of clothes like this but it's the only thing I swim in. When I got there I already had all my stuff, plus a few extra magical items from the Stool brothers. Also I found that the Stool brothers had magical swords so I took one of them and a magical bottle filled with a substance that makes anything water proof, so yeah I took that as well. Don't shun me now because I 'borrowed,' I had to! I also have lots of practice of 'borrowing' because I used to 'borrow' money from my foster mom's purse for school field trips and lunch. As I looked threw my bag to make sure I had anything I realized that I was missing the water bottle. I turned around to see if I dropped it and found it, but Mr.D had it saying, "Missing something?" Oh gods please help me, Mr.D is gonna kill me! "Oh Mr.D! I was just going for a swim an-" I was cut off, "You don't have to lie, I see the way you look at Johnson you want to go help him." "Jackson and yes sir you are correct. I really am worried and want to make sure he is safe, so with your permission I would like to go save him now Mr.D" "Very well (name that sounds close to your l/n), you may go. But before you go just don't say that I never did anything for you campers." "Oh and Mr.D, before you leave I just wanted to say thank you." Mr.D just kinda froze. "Don't mention it, ever," and wit that he gave me the water proof substance and left. He really, deep, and when I say deep I mean way down in his heart somewhere he is a kind person. Anyways I poured the substance all over my back pack and myself. Now it's time to swim, let's hope those years on the swim team will pay off.

Annabeth's P.O.V

I know ______ way to much to know that she would stay at camp. I mean come on she lost her only friends in the beginning of fifth grade and now she has to lose us again. Everyone else besides Percy knows this too... Percy has only known _____ for about a week including the time she was in the coma. I only hope she knows what she is getting herself into, I hope Percy realizes this also. Thalia is worried sick and Grover has been eating tin cans non stop. I pull Thalia away to talk with her while Percy pulls Grover over to speak with him, probably about _____. "Thaila, you and I know that _____ won't stay at that camp. I mean for gods sake she tried to come and find us in sixth grade!" "I know Annabeth," Thalia replied, "Grover and I have been worrying. If you could of noticed Grover has eaten about twelve cans already!" she whisper yells. "Thalia do you think you could keep Percy distracted while I go send her an I.M?" I asked. "I don't think I need to do that. It looks like Grover and _____ already did that for you." She says, turns, and points at Grover and Percy. "Alright thanks." I say and walk off to the nearest water supply. Let's just pray to the gods that _____ is safe, I don't wanna lose her like Luke or like how I almost lost Thalia. I throw in the drachma into the little rainbow I see and ask the goddess Iris to accept my offering and to see _____ and that's when I see her getting ready to swim away from camp and Mr.D trying to stop her but he leaves. Why would he just let her leave like this?! _____ jumps in the water and starts swimming, I have to tell Thalia now! I disconnect the call and jogged back to where I left Thalia. I see them just how I had left them, Percy talking to a tin-eating Grover and Thalia is watching them and probably think that they are stupid. "Thalia," I say as I walk closer to her no one is paying attention to us so it doesn't matter, "____ is swimming out of camp right now... Just as we predicted she is leaving right now!" I scream whisper to her. I hope she had enough training and experience over the years to deal with what she is coming for. "Annabeth, we should tell Percy..." I know we really should but I don't want him to make us turn around. "Not now Thalia, he will make us turn around for her." With that we dropped the situation and kept going
