Anakin:
The red string that was tied to your wrist went on and on, and it crushed you that you haven't found your significant other yet. All around you, your friends have found their soulmate, their bright red string connecting to their girlfriend or boyfriend. You sighed to your self as you were sitting in the park one day and staring at your string, the unconnected end sparkling in all it's glory. You got up to head home, knowing you have a good amount of homework you had to finish. It was when you started walking home when you bumped into him.

"Ah, I'm sorry!" you said quickly, rubbing the back of your neck sheepishly. You tried walking past him, but felt a tugging coming from your wrist.

'Could it be?' you thought and swept around quickly, and looked down at your wrist. You followed the red string to see it was connected to the teen's wrist.

"Oh- I-," you started and looked at the boy's face.

"What a coincidence!" he said, with a hearty laugh. You took a chance to study his features, his luscious brown hair flowing softly in the wind. His face looked soft and his smile was the most charming thing you've ever seen. With all of his features put together, he looked handsome as heck.

"I'm Anakin Skywalker," he said, holding a hand out to you. You shook it.

"(y/n) (l/n)," you replied, with a smile.

"You're very pretty, (y/n) we should start getting to know each other," he said, and walked away, leaving behind a slip of paper, which had his number on it. You watched as he walked away, the red string trailing behind him and connecting with yours.

From that time on, you and Anakin met up more and more, eventually becoming a couple, and living together forever and ever. :)

Obi Wan:

Since you were born, the words,' How would you like your coffee today?' were tattooed on your left wrist in a neat scrawl. Yes, it was a weird couple of words, but they were the first words your soulmate would say to you, and since you were now sixteen, you started to pay attention to what people said to you, whether you liked them or not. Any one could be your soulmate, and you had look for your significant other. Today you were headed out to get a drink of coffee before going to school, and walked into the nearest coffee shop. You sat down at a table for two and waited for the waiter to come by.

As the waiter came by, you saw that he was a teen, probably only two years older than you. He had spiky hair and a very youthful face. You haven't seen him here before, so you assumed he was new.

'Cute...' you thought with a small smile.

"How would you like your coffee today?" he asked with a grin. With a gasp you gripped your wrist and your face turned bright red. Since your mind was racing, you really didn't care about what you ordered at the moment.

"B-bitter.." you said, in a quiet, but still audible, voice. You actually hated bitter coffee. The waiter raised his eyebrows to show an amused look, with a glance at his left hand.

"Ah, okay, I'll be back..." he muttered with a blush. Before he left, you glance at his name tag, which read; Obi Wan.

'What an interesting name,' you thought. In the back , Obi Wan's face was flushed as he poured the coffee into the cup. That's right, the word 'Bitter' was written on his left wrist. As he went back to where you sat, he placed the coffee on the table and sat down across from you.

"So.... I'm your soulmate..." he muttered, with a goofy grin. You smiled and looked at your wrist.

"I believe so."

And for the rest of you and Obi Wan's lives, you lived happily ever after. :)

Luke:

On everyone's wrist was an illumnated timer, set from the very time you were born, by fate. The timer counted down the time, and when the timer goes off, the person you are with is your lover. But for some people, there was a glitch in the timer, making their timer stay at 00:00:00. You happened to be one of those people.

Everywhere you went, especially at your school, you heard slurs about your timer.

'Hey look it's the loner'

'No time no soulmate'

'She'll never find her soulmate'

You tried to ignore them, but it always hurt your heart, and your mind was always occupied with depressing thoughts.

The only person that was there for you through this was your best friend Luke, and your family, of course.Luke always told cheesy jokes, and put you in a happy mood , along with helping you with your school work. You developed feeling for him, but knew that his timer would definitely go off for someone else.

You and Luke were at your house studying for an upcoming test. As you were explaining a math problem to him, you heard a small peeping noise and Luke winced.

"Are you okay?" you asked him. Luke's gaze turned to his wrist and his eyes widened. You followed his gaze and gasped.

"It was about time..." Luke said, grinning at you wildly. Tears sprang to your eyes and you jumped on Luke, giving him a big hug.

"I can't believe it," you said through hiccups. Your mom ran upstairs when she heard you crying and when she saw you two, she clasped her heart in joy, and left you two alone.

"I love you Luke."

"I love you too, (y/n)."

A/n: lil bit of angst in Luke's but I loved writing this because soulmate AUs are great. ❤️~Magysta
