I walked into the room, Sophie behind me and saw a steaming Aiden and a very pissed Zeke standing behind the desk. I looked around to see that everything we had done was still there, no obvious effort made to clean up. Wow, it actually looks a lot worse then I remembered.
We stood at the door and took in the appearances of our mates. I gave a small fake smile and headed out the door. Like hell am I going to hang around in there?!
"Not. So. Fast" a deep voice spat through gritted teeth.
I stop and turn on my heels, once again connecting my eyes with those of an infuriated Aiden."Er.. Hehe" I say with a nervous laugh, trying to think of something to say.
"Care to explain why my office is completely wrecked?" Aiden asked darkly, his eyes turning black.
I looked over to Zeke who looked extremely disappointed in Sophie. When his gaze hit mine, his expression went to a 'you-are-fvcked' look.
I gulped. I'm not guilty for what I've done, if anything I'm proud. But seeing that dark face on Aiden sends me chills."Y-You wanted to speak to us earlier?" I questioned, trying to change the subject.
I hear a loud bang when I see Aiden's fist bang into his desk, his eyes pinning me to the spot."THAT WAS UNTIL I CAME INTO MY OFFICE AND SAW ALL OF THIS!" He raged. I flinched slightly at his tone, he might be my mate but she sure knows how to make you nervous to say the least.
"Um- we are very sorry Aide-Sir" Sophie corrected herself, "We were just fooling around you see and-"
"Yes! You stupid bitches didn't think that through did you?" Aiden sneered, keeping his eye contact on me. Did he his call us..?
A low growl emitted from Zeke's chest as he glared at Aiden, obviously warning him not to speak to Sophie that way."Zeke, take your mate and deal with her yourself" Aiden hissed. Ouch, is he really this heartless?
Zeke growled lowly before stomping over to Sophie, gently grabbing her arm before pulling her out the office, shutting the door behind him.Oh boy..
"I can explain.." I say, the first thing that came into my mind.
"EXPLAIN WHAT? YOU DECIDE IT'S FUNNY TO PLAY YOUR SHITTY PRANKS ON ME AND MY PACK?" He shouted.
Jeez it was a prank. Lighten up."Ugh.. I'm sorry! Is that what you want to hear? I mean, you kidnapped me and Sophie so I'm pretty sure we deserve the apology more than you do.." I trailed off. It's true though, he kidnapped us in our own home and we hadn't even had time to explore around it yet?
Aiden sighed and frustraitedly rubbed his hands through his hair.
"I didn't expect my mate to be a wanted hunter did I?" He said more to himself than to me.Well I can't help that can I. I didn't even think it was possible for hunters and werewolves to be mates.
"Listen, we came into this territory for a nice short visit, we didn't come here to cause your pack any harm." I said calmly.
"Didn't mean to cause any harm huh? What about those rogues you killed in MY territory?" He emphasised.
"Exactly, rouges. We basically did you a favour.." I say.
" But I will help you clean this mess up."I sighed and walked further towards him to unwrap the chair from its cling film packaging.
I tugged and pulled at the cling film but it wouldn't rip."Um.. Do you have any scissors" I question, looking up at Aiden who glared at me then back at his desk. I look at the desk and see the outline of the scissors also wrapped up. Thank you Sophie.
"Right.." I looked around the room, trying to find something sharp to tear it with. My eyes lit up when I remembered that sneaky pocket knife I had in my boot.
I mean, I'm sure he won't object me using it?I bent down and pulled the knife from my boot, piercing the wrapping. Aiden's eyes widened and grabbed my hand.
Twisting my hand round and taking the knife,
"Hey!" I protested but Aiden dropped it on the floor.Small tingles sparked on my wrist from the contact. I gasped slightly, trying to pull my arm back but he didn't let go. I looked up to meet Aiden's black eyes staring down at me. They looked full of anger and annoyance but there was a small swirl of.. desire?
