WD Gaster x Scientist! Wolf Monster! Reader 2

You were typing on one of the computers when Alphys came in. "(Y-y/n)! Y-you got another request." You growled before you walked out. "What is it?" You asked as you looked over Alphys's shoulder.

AskScarletthehuman: Hey (y/n), quick lil question for ya! Do you like Gaster or something cuz... we all kinda ship it...

You glared at Alphys as she nervously chuckled. "I'm not even going to answer that." You growled as you started to walk away. "Aww come on (y/n)! I-its a cute ask!" You looked away as your blush burned.

"I... do like Gaster. I just doubt that he likes me back." You answered before trotting back to your office. You closed the door to your office and sighed. You really did doubt that Gaster liked you back. He had so much on his shoulders, he didn't need to worry about you.

You let out a breath before picking up your note book. You were about to head to the core when something fell out. You looked behind you and picked up the object. It looked like a note. 'Must be from Alphys.' You thought as you flipped it over.

You were shocked to see Gaster's writing. You read the note before blushing slightly. What the note basically said was that Gaster wanted to talk to you later. You placed the note under some papers so Alphys couldn't find it before your tail curled up and your ears pinned to the sides of your head.

You were silently squealing before you went to check the core and takes notes.

Time passed quickly as you wrote your notes on a more formal paper. Your right ear twitched to a knock on the door. "Come in." You didn't see Gaster open and close the door.

"Hello (y/n)." You almost made a stray mark on the paper before turning to see Gaster. "O..Oh... H..H..Hey!" You watched as Gaster pulled up a chair. "Did you get my note?" You nodded as you placed your pen down. "I heard what you said earlier."

Your eyes widened. "I wanted to tell you... that I do like you." Gaster said as he blushed crimson. "I just never had the time to tell you. I didn't want you to think that I didn't like you..." Your tail was wagging as you mentally cursed yourself for that.

"So... I'm sorry. I should have taken the time. I hope you can forgive me." Gaster saw you weren't saying anything, really you were still processing this. "I understand if you don't forgive me, I'll go." You snapped out of your daze just as Gaster got up. "W-wait!"

Gaster turned around before you hugged him. "I-I forgive you!" Gaster saw you were hiding your blushing face as he chuckled. "I worry about your constant blushing." Gaster teased as he hugged you back. "S..shut up." You muttered as your tail kept wagging.

Gaster snickered before he petted your ear and the top of your head. You calmed down and smiled. Your blush cooled a lot as you sighed in relaxation. Gaster smiled before he kissed your forehead. You purred by mistake and blushed lightly.

"Wolves can purr?"

"Not... really..?"

Gaster chuckled before you both went back to work.

Extra:

"Alphys, they are BOTH going to kill you." Emily commented as she watched Alphys post a picture she snuck. "I-I'm sure they c-can let this pass!" Alphys replied as she looked at the hybrid. Emily sighed as her ear twitched.

"If you die, not on me."

"Ok."
