Swap x Injured! Neko! Reader

"It doesn't seem to be healing correctly... again." WingDing said as he threw away the bandages. Starlord started to wrap your shoulder again as you sighed. "Just never heals right, huh doc?" You asked with a sad smile. "I'm sure it will heal (y/n)." Starlord said as you hopped off the counter.

"I guess. Thanks again guys." You said over your shoulder before walking towards the kitchen. Your cat ears perked up to the sound of Swap cooking. You smiled and trotted in as your tail swayed. "Hi Swap!" You greeted as you walked in to see Swap cooking.

"Hi (y/n)! How's your shoulder?" Swap greeted, you sighed and slowly shrugged. Swap gave you a sad look before you smiled softly. "It's a little better than last time, still stings like hornets." "Do you want an ice pack?" You nodded and took off your hoodie. Swap got the ice pack quickly.

You took the ice pack and laid it on top of the bandages before sitting down. "So, what's for lunch?" You asked as you adjusted your arm. "I was thinking you'd like (fav/food)!" Swap answered as he returned cooking. Your ears and tail were motionless and silent.

"Are you sure you're ok?" Swap asked as he placed the food on your plate. You tried to blink the tears away as you tried to breathe calmly. "S..stars and Wi..WingDing think they n..need to numb my a..arm perma...permanently..." Swap placed your plate on the table and gently hugged you.

"It's ok! I'm sure it won't be that bad! I know WingDing and Stars wouldn't do that to hurt you." Swap reassured as he gently rubbed your arm. Your ears perked to the back of your head as you sighed. You stayed completely silent.

"Hey! Look on the bright side! You won't have so much to do!" You snickered a little before Swap pushed the plate of food to you. "I almost forgot! Dig in!" You smiled and blushed a little before starting to eat the (fav/food). Swap noticed your blush and blushed himself.

Swap made sure nobody was looking or near before he quickly kissed your cheek. Your ears and tail went straight up as the fur sticked up a bit. Your cheeks were completely red. Swap quickly returned cooking as you touched your cheek. You stood up and hugged Swap from the side.

"I love you." You whispered softly, Swap smiled and kissed your forehead. "I love you too." Swap whispered before you both heard a camera click...

"EMILY! ZOEY!"

Emily and Zoey laughed before running away. "Oh how I hate the canine family..." You said with a growl. Swap snickered before petting your hair/ears. You purred as your tail started to sway. "HEY TUNA BREATH!" (You can guess who said that.) "OH YOU BOTH ARE SO DEAD!" You ran out of the kitchen as Emily and Zoey ran for their lives.

"I TOLD YOU THIS WAS A BAD IDEA ZOEY!"
