Chapter 20 : The Next Morning ..... (Will)

The next morning was really tiring. We had reached London late at night . We had just retired to bed. I was fast asleep. Getting back on your legs could be tiring!. I didn't think of that. I was half asleep. I didn't feel like opening my eyes,so I was just lying down. Suddenly I felt something soft touch my forehead. I didn't know what it was. But it was really sensitive and soft. I felt a gentle touch on my cheek. It must be Lou's. I wasn't sure until I heard her voice. "Will ...." She whispered softly. I could feel her breath, that means her face was pretty close to mine.  I slightly opened my eyes to check where she was. As soon as I confirmed,I put my arm around her neck and made her fall on the bed.

"Will!". She exclaimed laughing. She lay down beside me. "You're impossible". She said laughing. "But only possible for you ". I replied softly. I buried my face deep in her neck and breathed softly. She kept on stroking my hair. I kept my arm on her waist and pulled her close to me. I cannot​ express how relaxing it felt. I pulled back so that I could see her face. "You're pretty much the only thing that makes me want to get up in the morning Clark"I said softly. She smiled at me. "I could say the same to you Traynor". She replied. I smiled at her and gave her a light kiss. "Marry me ". I said softly. " Haven't I already answered that question?". She replied.
"Let's get married now ". I said still half asleep.

She laughed . "Im not getting married in a night gown and nor you are getting married in your pajamas. Come on get up!". She was about to get up but I stopped her as she sat up straight. " I don't care about the dress Clark....I really don't ....".  I whispered in her ear. And leaned into her neck and gave a light kiss. "But I do ". She said laughing and pushed me back so that I fell on the bed. " This woman". I thought to myself.

I had to get married to her. I just had to. We got ready and went down for breakfast. My parents were already there. "so how was the trip ?". My mother asked smiling. "It was amazing Mrs Traynor". Lou replied. My dad suddenly looked at me and smiled. And yes it was embarrassing. It appeared as if we were in high school and one of my friends was teasing me because of my crush!. I gave my father a stare. He laughed. " So Louisa , did somebody pop a question infront of you ". My father asked. My mother smiled. And I blushed. I know it was annoying for a guy to blush but I did. I couldn't help it. "Wait so you people knew ?". Louisa asked surprised.
My parents laughed again.

"Yes my dear , we had no idea that our son could even laugh and be shy and get nervous or embarrassed. He had told us his true feelings but was afraid to express them . We encouraged him to do so! Or this shy mimosa wouldn't say a word to you.  Now it was Louisa's turn to blush. "We would be honoured and thankful to God if you came into the Traynor estate as one of our own". Replied my father with a smile. I smiled at them too. I was so lucky to have such wonderful parents I thought to myself. "Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Traynor". Louisa said with a smile. "I need to ask my parents as well. I need to know what they think".

" YES!". someone shouted from behind. All of us turned. "Mom and Dad?". Louisa exclaimed surprisingly and rushed to hug her parents. "what do you mean ?". She asked. " We already know and we already agreed. We would be proud to have Will as our son in law. Now me and Louisa both got surprised. "when ?". I asked my dad. "Once you sent your mother the news we decided to go right away to Louisa's place and talk to her parents about it and guess what they instantly agreed!". Exclaimed my Dad. Overflowing with Happiness I hugged my father. "I love you Dad". I said. "I love you too son ". My father replied.

I went to Mr and Mrs Clark. "Thank you for believing in me and trusting me ". I said. "We always did son". Replied Mr Clark and hugged me. "I get to have such a handsome son in​ law!". Exclaimed Mrs. Clark. And hugged me. "And I get such a beautiful daughter in law ". Exclaimed my mother Putting her arm around Lou's shoulder and hugging her.  Everything​ was settled. Everything had been taken care of. I went towards Lou and stood beside her. " No one can take you away now ". I said . "I'm not going anywhere". She replied.  "It's been so long since there was  a celebration at the Traynor estate,we need to make the preparations ". Exclaimed my mother. "I have never felt so busy in my entire life !". All of us laughed.

Finally this was happening. Finally she was going to be mine. "Mrs. Louisa Will Traynor". I said softly. "yep that's about to be me ". She replied smiling.
