"Gem? Gem wake up!"
Someone's hand was on my shoulder as a slipped up out of my deep slumber, screaming.
I sat up quickly
"Where am I?" I yelled
"It's ok, it's ok, your at the hospital remember?"
I whipped the sweat away from my forehead and looked at the large nurse
"You were screaming in your sleep are you ok? Do you need me to get Eric?"
I shook my head and crawled back into my blankets
"No, I'm fine"
"But you.."
"I said I'm fine"
I said quietly.
I always get nightmares Im just not used to people finding out about them. I squeezed my eyes right hoping to get ride of all the images of my mom. I just wanted to go to sleep.
