Dear daughter,
The world is a cruel place,
Betrayal, pain and heart break run their race.
They'll look at the length of your dress,
They'll make it laborious, they'll make it a mess.
Don't let their demonic thoughts be a resident of your mind,
In a world of darkness, light you have to find.
They'll pull you down because you're a girl,
They'll restrict you from rising above the world.
You'll have to find your way, have to fight,
Be your own hero, your own knight.
No one will stay,
No one will walk you down your way.
Break your cages, set yourself free,
Never let yourself suffer like me.

{ Dear daughter,
You're a woman. They'll try to break you. Why don't you break them instead?}
