A/N I edited this because the first time I wrote it, it was absolute trash so enjoy.

Gerard rubs circles into my back as I rest my head on his shoulder.
I suddenly feel uncomfortable and back away, pulling my knees up to my chest and hugging them tightly.
"What's wrong, y/n?" I stare blankly at my hands. I inspect the lines and how they curve, the tiny ridges they make, the hills of skin (okay hold up. "hills of skin" im just trying to be descriptive and that happens i am so sorry.) that pop up when I slightly move my fingers.
I don't notice the nurse come in.
"You're going home tomorrow." She says in a cheery voice with a fake smile plastered on her face.
I nod and she leaves.
"So, where do you live?" Gerard attempts to make conversation.
"Fourth street in a tiny apartment alone."
"I've been around there, seems nice."
"Maybe the outside." I chuckle.
"Want me to go get the guys?" I stare at him blankly.
"They're here?"
"Have been. They wanted to see you when you woke up." He explains getting up from the chair and towards the door nodding before he leaves.

"He's not coming back." It appeared in front of me, kneeling at the edge of my bed.
Trembling in fear, I look down at my knees.
"He doesn't care." I place my head down, staring into darkness. It takes my hand, leading me to the small bathroom occupying my hospital room. "Here." It places a handful of pills into my frail fingers. I look back at It and they nod in reassurance.
My shaky hand slowly moves up to my mouth, I feel the side of my hand graze my bottom lip, and slowly tip-

"STOP!" I see It vanish as my back hits the hard tiled floor. Gerard swats the pills out of my hand.
Frank, Mikey, and Ray are all standing at the door, mouths open in shock.
I look back at Gerard who is sat upon my lap after tackling me to the ground.
My eyes grow wide as I push him off me, staring at everyone else.
"Please, leave." My voice barely coming out in a whisper.
They all nod and leave,
but Gerard stays.
"Y/N, what were you doing?" He pushes his back against the wall, pulling at his hair in frustration.
I simply look down. "I'm sorry.."
"Don't do that again, please y/n." His green eyes look glossy.
"I'm not leaving you." Gerard slides over and takes my hand in both of his. "I can't lose you."
