Chapter Four

Melissa's P.O.V

I woke up at about I don't even know I think ten, oh shit school! Just then mum knocked on the door

"Mel we're leaving for the new house, if there's anything you want to bring to the new house get it now, we need to be out by six tonight", did she just say tonight?

"Why so early?" I ask,

"Well the new people who will be living here just called and they said they want to move in tonight, so I guess we need to move", oh my gosh seriously...

"Alright, well should I go to school or?"

"Nah it's okay, I called up so you have the day off to pack remember? I told you yesterday, come on get up", she walks out and leaves, I jump out of bed and have a quick shower, it's pretty cold so I just wear leggings and a red jumper. I walk out of my room and I can hear the car turn on, I look around the house one more time, or what was my house. Goodbye childhood... The house where I used to fall down the stairs when I was three... The house where I got my first-
"Come on" mum called. I ran down the hallway and got into the car and then we drove to the new house, it was a pretty boring trip.

"We are here! Okay so I need to go home and I'll be there before six, can you get your room ready? You'll be alright alone, the Espinosa's are right next door", how did she know about the Espinosas?

"Mum how did you know about the Espinosas?" I ask,

"They introduced themselves this morning, I came here at around eight and I think the kids name is Matt and I don't remember the mums name, ahh I always forget names! I'll talk to them when I come back tonight, oh by the way they said if you need anything they're happy to help". I watch my heavily pregnant mum break the car then I felt my smile grow but I turned away before she could see my expression or she'd catch on.

I walk inside with the last of my bags and walk into my room, I hear the car leave but I am so excited! I unpack my clothes into some draws and on some coat hangers, as well as my iPad, laptop and other odds and ends I have. It's almost 3, school finishes in fifteen minutes. I walk outside and into the backyard, I really want to climb that tree between our houses, it's just the kid in me! It was just out the front of my house and it had no fence separating the front of the house from the back except for some bushes which kept Ash in the back, I started to stand up and attempted to climb the tree, success! I sat on a thick branch and hung my feet off it, "Mel.. what are you doing?" , I turn around and it's Matt from his balcony, I never even saw him get home,

"Nothing really, I finished cleaning my room and mum doesn't get home for a few hours, thought I'd relax and all". He gave me the cutest smile,

"Mind if I join?" He asks,

"Of course you can join", then he starts to climb the tree...

Matthew P.O.V

I sit next to her and just watch her, she's even prettier up close, with her long brunette hair up to her elbow, glossy brown eyes and tanned skin. I quickly look away incase she thinks I'm weird.

"So what's up?" she asks,

"Nothing really, school was pretty boring",

"Oh yeah, what's all those camera's in your room?" she asked changing the subject, should I tell her I do youtube video's? Nah I'm so crazy in them I don't want her seeing it,
"Oh it's just a project for school, so how's everything going? With the new room?" I ask,

"Its all good, just finished, hey I have a few hours before mum and dad get back, do you want to go for a walk?" she asked changing the subject... again. I check my phone and its 4:30, I haven't posted a vine in a while, maybe she would do one with me or I'll just do it later, whatever. "Yeah sure", I say, "wanna come through my way?" I ask her, so it's not weird if we go seperate ways, she nods her head and we walk onto my balcony.
