Chapter 50

Cameron P.O.V

I drove up a steep hill with Alicia trailing, I was freaking out on the inside just wondering how the hell I'm going to even find her! I kept an eye on the scenery around myself until I came to a stop. I hoped out of the car waiting for Alicia to catch up then we both searched the area,

"Anything?" I asked,

"Nothing" she replyed standing motionless,

"We will find her, why the hell would she come up here!" I exclaimed walking back towards the car.

"Cameron I have a feeling shes not even here..."

"What?" I questioned walking towards her,

"Think about it... he just gave it away stating that shes here, why would he just tell us? And im sure even if he told her to come here she wouldnt, shes not stupid to walk up a hill on her own",

"Damn why didnt I think about it like that" I signed then walked back towards the car,

"Lets go home" Leesh called out then her car door shut and her engine roared to life.

Matthew P.O.V

"Nash where the heck are you taking us" I asked trying to look infront,

"Here" he slowed down as we entered a McDonalds drive through,

"Nash what the fuck?" Mel said more of a question,

"I havnt eaten all day... but if you knew Dakota like I do... youd see through that window..." Nash parked infront of a window then the car froze, right infront of us through the glass window was a young girl with green eyes, beliage hair down to her arms, a frown on her face and a milkshake in her hand, she looked pale as she just stared into nothing. She flickered her eyes around the room and then at myself, dead straight in my eyes, the look she had could kill someone I just wanted to hug her shes like my sister,

"Guys can I go in?" I asked as Mel and Nash were watching her,

"Umm I dont think thats the bes-"

"Yeah" Mel mumbled cutting Nash off,

"Wait until I call" I said then hopped out of the car, I closed the door then walked towards the sensor doors, they opened at my command as I scanned the room, I found Dakota and walked towards her as she found myself then looked away. I took a seat beside her and waited... Just waited for her to look back at myself,

"Hey" she mumbled then looked at me,

"Hey" I force smiled... Then silence...

"So umm what flavours that milkshake?" I asked even though it was obviously chocolate,

"Well its brown so umm chocolate" she smiled, step one make her smile tick,

"Yeah... So whats up?" I asked attempting to get closer to whatever happened.

"Well.." she paused.

Nash P.O.V

"Nash?" Mel asked looking at me,

"Yeah?" I asked back,

"How did you know Dakota would be here? I mean out of all places.."

"Oh... I just knew" I said turning away,

"Nash your hiding something?" She questioned not looking away. I have known Dakota for a long time, I knew her before Cameron to be exact. We were penpal friends I guess you could say... For a while we used to send each other letters, at first we both thought it was funny and we were only 13. Since I lived in North Carolina and she lived in California our letters would arrive a day later, I met her through the internet on a website called... Facebook. We had mutuals with one of my friends friend who was friends with her, we used to talk about if we ran off somewhere were would we go? Five years later she still hasnt changed, I guess you could say we were internet friends? I never gave up on meeting her and now shes dating my best friend, we promised never to tell anyone because it was weird.

"Nash..." Mel said waving a hand in my face,

"What?" I asked,

"How did you know?"

"I.. I didnt, I winged it, I didnt know she would really be here" I lied not lookign at her,

"Oh" she whispered,

"Should we go in?" I asked,

"Yeah" Mel said unbuckling her seatbelt then opening her door.

Matthew P.O.V

"So how did you's find me?" Dakota asked raising an eyebrow,

"Well Nash said to come here and bam your here!" I opened my arms and made a face,

"Oh" She slightly smiled then looked at the car, I watched her gaze and then saw Mel and Nash get out the car. We both watched then enter as the automatic sliding door slid to the left.

"Hey!" Mel smiled running over to Dakota and giving her a hug,

"Hey" Dakota smiled back, there was a. It of tension between Dakota and Nash...

"Hey" Nash waved,

"Hi" Dakota said looking away, when she looked back she motioned him to come forward and they hugged, oh look tension all gone?

"We should get back we worried Cam!" I said getting up,

"No I can't!' Dakota shouted then lowered her voice,

"Why not?" Nash asked,

"Because I know the first place he looked for me and I can't face him right now" she shook her head,

"Dakota we all leave in two days! We want to have fun! And we want you there too!" Mel smiled taking Dakotas hand,

"Alright ill come..." She mumbled, we all got up and left for the car.
