"Okay." She simply said, shifting around in the seat so she was kneeling on the couch next to Josh, staring at him. Josh looked over at her, turning towards the radiant green haired girl next to him. He rested his arm on the back of the couch, resting his chin on his head as he got lost in her arctic eyes.

She pushed herself as close as he could get without getting into josh's lap and wrapped her hands around the back of his neck, locking them in place. "What are you doing?" Josh said nervously, still staring into her now nervous eyes as he slightly started to lean in to her. Her small figured shook slightly from nervousness as she focused her eyes on Josh's full pink lips, leaning in towards him as well.

She closed the space between them, her lips just barely grazing his. Lyra felt like there were sparks flying throughout her whole body as their lips still barely touched, Josh frozen in place to allow her to set the pace. "Do you like me enough to kiss me, Josh?"

She said, her bottom lip gently sliding hear his top lip as she spoke, still not kissing him just yet. "More than you know." He said, placing his hands on her hips to pull her even closer. Lyra's breath hitched at the feeling of being pressed against Josh, a new feeling taking over her abdomen as she gently took her bottom lip between he teeth.

Josh smirked, "That's my job now." He said before placing his lips slowly and gently onto Lyra's soft lips. She instantly melted into the kiss, pushing herself even closer to Josh as he gently bit her bottom lip, a small gasp escaped her lips as he did. Josh took that as an opportunity to graze her lip with his tongue, earning a soft whimper from the small girl. He pulled her onto his lap as me deepened the kiss, their tongues intertwining as the kiss became more passionate and needy.

The door to Josh's apartment was loudly flung open, casing the two to break quickly, moving as far apart as possible. "Guys I got us tacos!" Tyler yelled loudly, catching Lyra move off of Josh out of the corner of his eyes, "Oh, wow. Uh..." Tyler looked down with his lips pursed together as the two looked at him nervously.

"I brought Jenna with me." Tyler said sheepishly, trying to make the two feel less awkward. Lyra got up off of the couch, walking over to Tyler and Jenna, giving Tyler a quick hello hug as Josh stayed seated, pulling his shirt over himself nervously and crossing his legs, waving at the married couple before focusing on the television.

Jenna hugged Lyra tightly, "Hi Jenna, it's great to meet you. Tyler always talk about you. You're so pretty!" Lyra excitedly said. Jenna embraced the smaller girl tightly, "If I'm pretty then you're drop dead gorgeous. Have you thought about becoming a model?" She asked, making you blush and shake your head.

After everyone got acquainted, they all sat doen in the living room, watching movie after movie, making funny side comments every few minutes, just enjoying each other's company.

As the night came to an end, Lyra couldn't help but wish that Tyler and Jenna didn't interrupt the kiss her and josh shared. She laid in her bed, touching her lips as she remembered the electric sparks that rushed through them as Josh kissed her. It was the best feeling she had ever experienced. She knew she would have to talk to him about it eventually, but for now she just enjoyed it, drifting off to sleep as she thought about the yellow haired boy who held a special place in her heart.

Josh ran his fingers through his hair as he laid on the lawn of his backyard, gazing up into the stars, thinking about Lyra. To him, she was a star, she radiated energy and lighr, shining through in even the darkest of places. She had easily become his favorite thing to stare at, even more than the night sky he looked up at tonight as his thoughts came full circle back to the small girl.
