Chapter 7

Min Yoongi POV

"Aish!!! I'm so stupid! Why would I say that, why would I do that?!" I messed up my hair. I couldn't think straight, I wasn't thinking straight, she's probably just as confused as me. "I kissed her..." what does this mean for our friendship? How will she act after this? Will it be awkward between us? All these questions suddenly popped in my head. I don't know what to think anymore, I'm so confused, do I really like her? I do, the question is does she like me?
I finally wake up to my fifth alarm, I get up, take a shower, then put on my uniform. It takes my forever since I'm not a morning person, I make sure to check the time, " I guessed it I still have about 15 minutes left." I eat some toast and drink some orange juice since I wasn't really that hungry, I only eat because hav to in order to live if I didn't I would just sit around and sleep all day. As I walk outside I see Y/N standing by her mailbox looking at me was she waiting for me, I'm pretty sure I said 6:00 and it's only 5:48 I thought to myself. She walked over to where I was standing and greeted me, "Good morning! Are you ready to go, I thought we should leave a little early just in case." she's acting as if nothing had happened yesterday. I decided to play along with her game even though it pissed me off just a little. While driving to the school I noticed that Y/N kept glancing over at me and kept on clearing her throat like she needed a cough drop or something. I let her continue her little thing until I finally got annoyed, I pulled over on the side of the road and faced her. "Ok that's it, do you want to walk the rest of the way?!" I said in a harsh tone, maybe too harsh because she immediately turned to me and gave me a death glare. "How dare you?!" she was said with the same tone I used on her, " What are you talking about you're the one that's being annoying right now!" I was yelling now. "Well I'm not the one gets a girl's hopes up by kissing her then breaks her heart by being a total jerk!!!!" now she was yelling, after she said that I went silent and continued to drive to the school. I noticed while driving she put her earbuds in and was now looking out of the window, she was mad at me. I pull up to the school and before I can put the car in park she gets out and storms off, "She thinks she's mad, pfft." I say to myself and walk to my class silently.

Y/N POV

You walk into your first class with your head down, Taehyung immediately senses your bad mood and comes over to you. "Hey Y/N, is something wrong?" you look at him with a sad/mad face that a two year old would make then nod your head yes. "What happened? Is someone bullying you? Do want me to tell my friends? Whoever did it will be sorry they ever hurt you." Taehyung's worrying cheered you up just a little, the only people who worried about you like this was your best friend Zoey who was now in another country and your mom. "No, it's nothing like that- just forget about it.""Ok but I'm always here if you want to talk about it" he said with a face full of worry, you just nodded in response. You spent the whole class period with your head down, not wanting to have anything to do with the lesson. You practically spent the whole school day with your head down, you weren't in the best mood today not after what happened this morning. Taehyung spent the whole day trying to cheer you up he almost succeeded until Jae Eun came along and stole him away from you at the end of third period so you spent fourth period alone. At the end of the day you walked out of school and saw Yoongi driving away as quickly as possible, "I can't believe he actually left me!What am I supposed to do now I can barely remember my way to my first period class." you almost on the verge of crying when suddenly someone called out to you from a car. "Y/N!!! Need a ride!" it was Jimin, he was yelling from the passenger seat with Hoseok in the driver's seat and Jungkook and Taehyung in the backseat. "Sure" you yell back then run over to the car and get in, "So what's your address?" Hoseok says looking at you from rear view mirror. "Umm....I'm not sure." you say nervously, all of them look at you in shock, "You seriously don't know your address? Ha that's priceless!" Jimin says laughing like a maniac. Hoseok hits him and he immediately stops laughing, "Sorry Y/N, I didn't mean to offend you." Jimin says looking down in shame, "It's okay. Oh do guys know where Yoongi lives?" I say excitedly. They all nod their heads yes, "Go there I live right across from him.""I didn't know that, how come he didn't tell us that?" Jungkook asks. Hoseok just shrugs and starts driving, after 10-15 minutes of singing along with radio, telling jokes, and playing eye spy with Taehyung and Jungkook you finally arrive at your house. "Thank you so much Hoseok, I owe you one." you say opening the car door "No don't worry about it, it was my pleasure. Besides you're a friend of Bangtan now, if you need a favor from anyone of us just ask." he says with his eye blinding smile. "Bangtan?" I ask confusingly "It's the name of our group, almost everyone in the school knows about us." Jimin says. "Oh well I'm honored, anyways I'll see you guys tomorrow and thanks again, bye" you say stepping out of the car, "Bye Y/N" they all say in unison, after you watch as they drive off into the distance. To your surprise you see Yoongi standing in your driveway and based on the fact there isn't a car there, your mom still wasn't home yet. "Why are you in my driveway?" you say to him with a little bit of hatred in your tone although you didn't hate him, you were just angry. "I wanted to make sure you got home safely that's all" he said with a warm voice that made you want to melt but you had to keep up your act. "Well, obviously I'm home safe so you can leave." you didn't like talking to him like this, you really liked him. He suddenly got close to you and put his face near you ear and whispered "I'm sorry, please don't be mad at me." and with that he left and went into his house. You were a statue again, your heart felt like it was going to jump out and run a marathon, you couldn't say anything, you were just.....there.

Time Skip

It's been about four weeks and your feelings for Yoongi have only gotten stronger, your bond with Bangtan has also gotten stronger, Jae Eun has officially declared you as her nemesis along with all of the other girls in the school because of it except for Min, but on the bright side you and Yoongi are practically best friends along with the rest of Bangtan. "Min Yoongi! Would you quit, I really like this song." I say making the adorable sad face at Yoongi "Well I don't like this song and plus this song really gives me a headache." he says as he turns off the radio for the fifteenth hundred time. "Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can just take over the radio like this" "Actually, I can it's my car." he says with a smirk on his face knowing that you can never win once he says that. "I'm going to be mad at you forever, Min Yoongi." you say folding your arms and making the poo poo face "Fine." he says and turns the radio back on and your favorite song was still playing and you sang along along with every other song that came on just to annoy the adorable jerk beside you. Yoongi was driving you to school like he's been doing ever since the first day of school and everyday you two would fight over the radio but it never got serious. There were some days where Yoongi would be kind of a jerk to you and mess with you and there would be some days where he would be so sweet and kind. It was really confusing. You arrive at the high school and you both get out, "Hey, Yoongi can we go to the park after school today, we haven't gone since last Tuesday." "Sure"he said with that adorable smile he always gave you. You then walked to your first class with a big, bright smile on your face when you got there Taehyung was there it looked as if he was thinking really hard about something. "Morning Tae." you greeted him happily but he didn't greet you back which was very unlike him. "Umm...earth to Taehyung" you waved a hand in front of his face and he finally snapped out of his thoughts, "Oh hey Y/N" he said in a more depressing tone "Hey, are you okay? You're usually not like this." you asked worryingly. "Uh yeah just go inside I'll be there in a second." he said looking at the ground, he wouldn't look you in the eye whatsoever. "Tae....what's going on with you? You can tell me, I mean we're practically bestfr-""Y/N!" he suddenly said your name, he was now looking you in the eyes, he was now holding onto your wrists, and you, you were frozen. "Tae...Tae what's wrong with you?" you said nervously, you didn't understand why is he acting this way, he was fine yesterday you thought to yourself. "Y/N, I like you."
