Chapter 8

Y/N POV

     You were walking with Yoongi in the park, Yoongi was talking about something but you were to busy thinking about what Taehyung said. "Y/N I like you" those words hit you hard, you couldn't stop thinking about it. You were also contemplating on whether to tell Yoongi or not, if you told him he could probably give you advice. But then again every time you talk about Taehyung he seems to get really annoyed. "OMG GOT7 IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!""Omg really! Where?" you say snapping out of your thoughts and soon after realizing that Yoongi tricked you. "Yoongi!" you hit him on the shoulder "You were completely ignoring me, what's going on in your head?" Yoongi asked looking at you with a worried expression. "What...if....I told you that Taehyung confessed to me this morning?" you said nervously "Taehyung huh?" he said with a serious tone. You nodded "Do you feel the same way?""Well, no not really. I just don't want to hurt him, he's one of my best friends like you and the guys." you didn't have the heart to just reject Taehyung but you also couldn't be with him if you had feelings for Yoongi. "Yoongi, can I ask you something?" you asked him, "Sure" he simply replied. "Why don't you like Taehyung? I noticed that if I even bring up his name your entire mood changes and I was just curious to why that is." Yoongi suddenly stopped walking which made you regret asking. "The truth is Y/N, is that Taehyung did something that I'm still trying to forgive him for but the problem is that the thing he did tore me up inside. I am trying though, I just need a little more time." he said with his head down. You couldn't really picture Taehyung doing anything to hurt anyone or anything, he was a sweet angel and so nice to everybody, what could've happened between those two that it affected their friendship you thought to yourself. You continued to walk with Yoongi, "It's getting pretty late we should get back" Yoongi said, "But I don't wanna go home and plus I'm hungry, let's go get something to eat!""Fine, come on I know a place that's close." After walking for about 10 minutes you two arrive at a convenience store, we walk in and we are greeted by the cashier. You decide to get mostly sweets and some chips and Yoongi gets ramyun, we give the cashier our items so he can scan them, he gives us the price and Yoongi pays for it. "Yoongi, do we have to eat here? It's already dark and it's really creepy." he sighs "Do wanna eat at my house?" your heart skips a beat at his words, you've never been in his house. He's been at your house plenty of times but being in his house would be different, he was a guy and he was the guy you like but you couldn't help but wonder what his room looked like.
      When you two arrive at his house he opens the door and it was amazing. His entire house had a modern set up, everything was clean and slick. "C'mon the kitchen is this way.""Oh yeah" you said still amazed at how cool his house was. "It's so quiet, it's like we're the only two people here." you chuckled nervously, "That's cause we are." your eyes widened, it was almost nine o'clock pm how could his parents not be home yet? you thought to yourself. "Where are your parents?" you asked nervously, "Why do you really think I brought you here to do something inappropriate to you?" he started walking towards you really slow until your back hit the counter, he put one hand on the counter behind you and leaned in. You closed your eyes and anticipated his next move, your heart was beating so fast You thought you were going to have a heart attack any second. Suddenly you heard him chuckle and you opened your eyes, you saw him smiling, "Don't do that, Yoongi!!!!" you hit him really hard on his chest. "Sorry, I thought it would be funny" he said laughing, you crossed your arms and pouted "Well, I didn't find it funny what's so ever." you glared at him. "Ok, I promise to never get that close to you again.""Well.....I didn't say you could never get close to me just don't trick me like that. When you do things like that it really makes me think that you actually--nevermind" you said as you looked at your feet. "I actually what?" you shook your head, you regretted saying that "Um...we should eat now." you tried to change the subject but Yoongi wasn't going to let you go that easily. "Don't do that!" he raised his voice at you, you looked up at him surprised, he wouldn't usually do that "Don't do what, Yoongi?""Don't change the subject! Just say what you have to say, you think I haven't noticed it? The times you want to say something but you just don't, the times you're about to let something slip out but you quickly change the subject like it was nothing." his voice lowered as he continued "I know you've been hiding something, you've been keeping something inside of you that you're too afraid to let out, it's tearing you apart. I can tell, is it me, is it my fault." his voice was now soft, his facial expression was sad and his eyes were filled with sincerity. You didn't know what to say, it's like he saw right through you and into your heart. "Yoongi, I....I don't how to say it I-""Just say it." he put his hands on your shoulders and looked you in the eyes, your heart was racing and you could feel your face turning as red as a tomato. "I like you, Min Yoongi." you said it, it was hard but you said it. Yoongi then pulled you in and held you tight while stroking your hair, your eyes widened, your heart started to beat faster which you didn't think was possible. "Me too." he said softly "Huh""I like you too, Y/N."
     You wake up and everything seems different the sun is brighter, the bird's songs are much prettier, the grass is greener, the air is more refreshing, and today was much better than any other day. You looked out your window and saw that Yoongi's curtains open, he was sitting on his bed writing something.

Yoongi's POV

    As I write in my journal I can feel someone staring at me, I look over and see Y/N looking at me through her window but she quickly turns away and shuts her blinds. I chuckle at her embarrassment and I decide to text her since it seemed like she wanted to talk to me. 

Me: Good morning 

Y/N: Good morning :)

Me: Wanna go somewhere with me today?

Y/N:  Yes! Where?!!!

Me: It's a surprise just be ready in an hour okay

Y/N:  Okay! Can't wait!!

Me: Me too. See you then :)

Y/N POV

   You put down your phone and squealed, you were really excited for your date with Yoongi but you were still really nervous, you hung out all the time but this was different. You two would be hanging as a couple, a real couple. "Snap out of it, Y/N. Today will be perfect, you'll be with Yoongi and you'll be happy. Yes okay." you said to yourself. You got up and went to your bathroom, washed up, and put on some clothes after you got dressed you then went to the kitchen and got some cereal. Suddenly your phone buzzed, someone texted you. 

BFF Tae <3: I need to talk to you, meet me at the park in an hour. Okay.

You didn't know what to do, if you went on the date with Yoongi, Taehyung would probably never talk to you ever again. But if you go and meet Taehyung you could ruin your chance at having an amazing relationship with Yoongi and you really didn't want to break his heart. You didn't know who to choose Yoongi or Taehyung.
