Sorry! I was supposed to update yesterday! Hope everyone enjoys, though!

                                        Sofia's POV

The following day, Christmas, I didn't have school. (Thank God) And that's when I remembered...

I had to contact the artist today and tell Mrs. Brooks the day after.

First things first, I celebrated Christmas with my family and you would never guess what I got?!

     A piano!

It wasn't one of those elegant ones, but it was still just as good.

I smiled at both of my parents, reminding myself that I had to thank them later, and then left  to use the home phone.

Two rings passed by and that's when he finally answered.

"Hello?" I heard Justin say and I chuckled.

"Hey, Justin. It's Sofia. I think you remember me, right?" I said with a slight laugh in my tone.

"Of course, I do. What's up?" He said and I could already picture him smiling.

"Well, my math teacher got in a feud with me and now, I need an artist to perform with me." I said in a rush, but he luckily understood me.

"First of all, how did this feud happen?" Justin asked and I told him how it came out of nowhere.

"She sounds like a pain in the..." He trailed off and I laughed.

"It's alright, I get what you mean." I said with a giggle.

"Good. So about the performance, I think I can." He said.

"Great!" I said, almost screaming through the phone.

"So when is it?" Justin asked and I could sense him smirking.

"It's February twenty-eighth. I believe it's a Thursday." I said while looking at my mom's calendar.

"Oh...Wait. Give me a sec." He said while putting me on hold and then coming back into the conversation.

"Um, Sofia?" He asked, wondering if I was still there.

"Yeah?" I said, already having a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach.

"It seems to be that I'm busy that day." Justin said while sighing and that's when I almost dropped the phone.

You've got to be kidding me...

I sighed, running a hand through my hair and mustering the strength to speak again.

"What do you have that day?" I asked him, out of curiosity.

"The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show." He said and I figured that he couldn't miss that since that's one of the biggest fashion shows of the year.

"Wow...That's big." I said to him while running a hand through my hair.

"I know. It's my first time performing." He said with a bit of excitement.

A moment of silence passed by and that's when he spoke.

"I'm sorry, Sofia, but maybe some other time." Justin said and that's when I said my goodbyes to him and hung up.

That means that I have one other option, but if I pick it, I'm going to regret it for the rest of my life.

     Time for Plan B.

I dialed the phone number I thought I would never dial again.

It didn't even take a full ring for him to answer it.

"Sofia."

"Hey, Louis. Um, we need to talk..."

Ooh! What do they need to talk about? Comment and I hope all of you enjoyed!

BTW, for the people who are reading Successful, I want you to know that I'll be updating very soon, too so keep an eye out.
