UPDATE! :D

                                        Sofia's POV

     Wednesday, December twenty-sixth:

     Everything was different.

My friends were the same. My teachers were the same. My classes were the same.

But at the same time, everything was different.

I remember that I had a different lunch period that day because of the deal I did with Mrs. Brooks.

I was sitting at a down right empty table. I swear, I bet I looked just as pathetic as I felt. I was the only one sitting at the table while everyone else was enjoying their lunch, talking to their friends. And what made it worse was the fact that...

The lunch was packed with Eighth graders.

Meanwhile I was the only Sixth grader there...

     The Newbie.

I looked around as I ate my lunch and that's when I saw five figures walking towards where I was sitting and I didn't even have to look up to know who they were.

"Loner much?" I could hear Louis's mocking voice say and I glared at him as he sat down in front of me.

"Well, you don't say, Captain Obvious!" I said while narrowing my eyes at him.

"Hey, hey. No need to be mean." He said while putting his hands up in defense.

"Yeah...Sure." I said while rolling my eyes at him and taking a bite of my pizza.

"C'mon, take it easy. If it weren't for us, you'd still be sitting at this table. Alone. With every Eighth grader staring at you and laughing." Harry said while smirking and I smirked back.

"And it still wouldn't have made so much of a difference, now would it?" I said and that's when I caught him off guard.

"Oh, so you're suggesting we leave?" Niall said while smirking and I shrugged.

"Well, that's only a matter of opinion." I said, now drinking some water.

"Plus, if I know you well enough, I know you guys wouldn't." I said with a smug grin.

"How can you be so sure?" Zayn said while smirking.

"Because even though I don't like you guys anymore, you guys still love me too much." I said with a smirk and that's when all of them looked at each other, exchanging looks.

"We can't deny that." Liam said with a slight chuckle.

"Exactly. Point proven." I said while pointing at Liam.

"So anyway..." Louis said while looking around the rest of the tables that were now taking notice of the boys' presence.

"Word has been going around about you and Mrs. Brooks." He said while smirking.

"What exactly happened?" Louis said while raising an eyebrow and I rolled my eyes at him.

"I didn't get you in trouble or something, right?" He said, but this time, his tone was genuinely worried.

"No, not at all. It's just that...it's complicated." I said while running a hand through my hair and that's when Harry chuckled.

"We have time." Harry said while smiling.

"Okay, well..." I started off and told them the whole story and they all nodded and at the end, all of them were with eyes wide open.

"That's unjust. She can't just fail you!" Niall protested, slamming his hand on the table, catching the attention of the tables nearby.
