I know, I know . . .

About time!

                                        Sofia's POV

     "So Sofia, have you already picked your artist?" Mrs. Brooks said while smirking evilly at me.

"Yes." I said while crossing my arms over my chest.

"So who is it going to be?" She said, now focusing on a piece of paper she had been grading.

"One Direction." I said with a smirk and that's when the girls in my classroom gave out a huge gasp as if not expecting that.

"Oh, but I said artist, not artists." She said as if finding a loophole.

     Oh, she's so wrong.

"Exactly. They're one band, making them one artist. Not five artists." I said with a 'Duh' tone in my voice.

"No, that makes them artists." She said as if she was right.

"No, it doesn't. If I invited Justin Bieber and One Direction, then it would be two artists. It surprises me you don't know this since you're a Math teacher." I retorted while smirking and she scoffed.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" She said while sending me glares.

"It means that I'm a student and I actually know more about single and plural than you." I said and just to piss her off even more, I put my feet up on the desk, something I know sets her off.

"Sofia Saenz! Take your dirty feet off my desks. I don't know where those shoes have been!" Mrs. Brooks said and I just laughed at her.

"As if I'm going to." I said while smirking at her and all the students were surprised by me daring the teacher.

     I suppose my classmates need to live a little if they think that this is bad.

"I'll call the principal." She threatened while smirking.

"Go on. Call her. I'll just tell her about the little deal you made." I said while narrowing my eyes at her, waving her off as if I don't care if she called the principal or not.

"Oh, you wouldn't." She said, actually fearing the possibility.

"Who are they going to believe? The student or the teacher?" I said with a smirk, using her words against her.

     That's when drops of sweat trickled down her forehead and I noticed...

     They would actually believe the student over the teacher.

     Good to know.

"You know what? Forget it." She said and kept on trying to teach the class.

     Funny thing is that the material she was teaching was something I learned in Second Grade. Meanwhile, everyone else was taking notes and that's when I realized that this was all new to them.

     That's sad.

                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     The hell that was sixth period finally ended and I went to my bus, driving me home.
"Mrs. Brooks is a pain." I groaned while I talked to Caroline.
"Tell me about it. They way she's treating you isn't fair. You should tell the principal." Caroline suggested, but I shrugged it off.
"She has some dirt on me, too." I lied because that was not the real reason why I wouldn't go to the principal.
"Like what?" Caroline asked.
"Well, today, I..." I was about to say until the bus stopped, saving me from explaining things that I didn't want to explain.
     I walked home, but on the way there, I noticed that a white Porsche was driving right next to me as I walked.
"You know, you guys can just stop the car and I can get in, saving me the walk to my home." I said, loud enough for them to hear.
     They rolled the windows down and I could see Niall grinning from the passenger's seat.
"I thought you'd never ask."
     I got in, but everybody was squished because let's just be honest.
     A Porsche isn't the same as a Mini Van.
"Dang! Why couldn't you guys rent a bigger car?" I asked them, frustrated at the fact that I couldn't even feel my sides anymore.
"Too much money." Louis said and I laughed at that.
"Really? Too much money?" I said and laughed again.
"Hey, cut us some slack! We're on a tight budget!" Liam said, but even I could see the crinkles by his eyes.
"I can see that.
                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"But there's The Neighbourhood and Ed Sheeran, why do you want All American Rejects?" Louis said while facing me.

"Well, excuse me, but they're quite a good band." I said while taking a seat on my piano stool.

"What do you guys have?" I asked them as I played the simple version of Fur Elise.

"Um...Zayn! How about the song Fall Out Boy showed us the other day?!" Niall said while snapping his fingers, trying to remember the tune.

"The one that's like 'Say yeah?'" Zayn sang and Niall nodded furiously.

"Yeah, that one! How about we sing that one?" Niall said while looking at me and I frowned, confused.

"I haven't heard that song." I said while shaking my head.

"Niall, she won't know it. That's from their upcoming album that's going to be released in April. They haven't even announced it or their first single." Zayn said as he shook his head.

"Well, if you can show me the song, maybe I can do it." I said with a slight smile.

"We can't. It was like an exclusive sneak peek at it." Zayn said with a sad smile.

"Well, guess what? The Tommo recorded the song so I think Sofia can hear it. The only thing is..." Louis said while looking at me.

"You can't tell anybody about this song or even hum it. It's top secret." Louis said and that's when he held out his pinkie.

"Promise?" He said with a childish smile playing on his face and I couldn't help, but giggle.

"Promise." I said as our pinkies intertwined and that's when the memories rushed back.

     When we held hands, when I stayed at his mansion, when I first kissed...

     I shook my head, not wanting to remember, but I think Louis already noticed what I was thinking.

"Don't forget. Remember." Louis whispered in my ear.

     I pulled back and looked at him again, but before I knew it, he was focusing on his phone, opening the Voice Memos app.

     The song started and let me say, it didn't even take me thirty seconds to like the song. It was well-written and it had a good, catchy rhythm to it. I loved it.

"Fall Out Boy's Alone Together it is!" I said with a huge grin and from there on out, every afternoon after school, we practiced.

     Until they had to fly out to New York and guess what?

     The way Harry started off the New Year was very...

     Controversial.

I'll update again as soon as I can.
