Suggestion & Announcement at the end. Feeling very generous . . .
Sofia's POV
I got out of the bus, heading towards the Gym as usual, but that's when I noticed a group of nine girls coming out of the Front Office.
They seem new, though...
And just around my age.
Well, duh, Sofia! They're in middle school just like you.
I shook my head, trying to forget the thoughts my conscience tossed at me.
That's when I decided to present myself to them.
"Hey, are you guys new?" I said while raising an eyebrow, smiling at them.
"Um..." This girl, who had her glasses almost falling off her nose, said while looking around at the rest of them nervously.
"Yes. We are. Problem?" This girl with a Texan accent said and that's when the girl who glanced nervously at them responded.
"Britney! It's just a girl who's presenting herself to us. Calm down." The nerdy girl said and that's when she looked at me again and extended her hand.
"My name is Monica. Monica Pellman." She said while smiling at me and I smiled at her back.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Sofia Saenz." I said with a grin and that's when I looked at the rest of them.
"So who are the sixth graders in here?" I asked while looking at all of them.
"Well..." Monica said, trailing off.
"There's me." She said while pointing at herself.
"There's Beatriz." Monica said while signaling to this girl with hazel eyes and curly brown hair, who waved at me.
"Hi." She said and I chuckled.
"Hey!" I said enthusiastically and that's when she sent me a huge grin.
"And lastly, there's Gaby." Monica said while pointing at this other girl who was wearing glasses and Gaby waved at me confidently.
"Hi there!" She said and I grinned at her.
"Hi." I said and that's when I looked at Monica again expectantly.
"And the seventh graders?" I asked her and that's when Britney groaned and rolled her eyes at me.
"I think that's enough for you to know." She said while narrowing her eyes at me and that's when I raised both of my eyebrows at her.
"It isn't like I'm going to stalk you. Believe me, you can leave that to the boys that go to this school." I said and she still seemed to hate me, but a very small smile settled upon her face.
"So..." I trailed off and that's when Gaby answered me.
"Oh, there's Emily, who's wearing a wine shirt." Gaby said, almost having to stand up in her tippy toes just to point all the way across to Emily, who waved and gave me a smile.
"Hey." She said and I smiled at her back.
"Hello." I said and Gaby kept on going.
"Then there's Kellee and Dakota." Gaby said and I smiled at both of them.
"Good morning!" I said to them and they giggled amongst themselves.
"Hi!" The both said in unison.
Then both of them glared at each other.
"Why do you always say things at the same time as me?" Dakota protested and Kellee then rolled her eyes playfully.
"Lastly, the eighth graders are Hope." Beatriz pointed to a girl who looked like she was wearing at least two or three layers of makeup, but didn't look like she over did it.
Quite a makeup artist.
"Hi." She smiled and I smiled back.
"Hey." I said and that's when Beatriz continued.
"There's also another Emily, which is the one wearing the blue Snapback . . . Hey! You're not supposed to be wearing that!" Beatriz exclaimed and was quick to take it off Eighth Grade Emily's head.
"Hey! That isn't fair." She said while crossing her arms over her chest in annoyance.
"Well, unless you want to get dress code, you're not wearing this until the end of the day." Beatriz said and then shoved it into her backpack.
"Wow. What a way to start a new Middle School . . . without my favorite Snapback." Emily said and that's when Beatriz looked tempted to give it to her, but she resisted.
"No. I won't give it back until the end of the day." Beatriz said and Emily frowned, but then rolled her eyes and gave out a frustrated sigh.
"Fine! But you better not lose it!" Emily said while sighing once again.
But then her sea green eyes met mine and she grinned.
"Good afternoon!" She said and that's when Kellee bumped her elbow against Emily's.
"It's still morning!" Kellee said and that's when Kellee smiled at me, embarrassed and chuckled nervously.
"Sorry, but Emily is a bit cuckoo in the head." Kellee said and that's when Emily smacked her forearm and Kellee gasped.
"What was that for?!" Kellee protested and that's when Britney came in.
"And I am Britney, also an Eighth Grader." Britney said and that's when she extended her hand towards me while smiling.
"Hey, didn't you dislike me or something?" I asked her and she laughed.
"Oh, no! That's a test I prepare for anyone to see if they can actually stand me being a sassy little Eighth Grader." She said and I grinned.
"I should do that, too. We should hang out sometime." I said with a smile and she grinned.
"We should." She said and that's when the bell rung.
"Hey, we need to get going, but we'll catch up with you some other time." Britney said and that's when all of them said their goodbyes and left towards their homerooms, still being a whole group.
I couldn't even believe that the group I befriended would actually make this drama even more complicated than before.

~ S U G G E S T I O N ~
I haven't updated in a long time; many of you know that. So I came up with something that I call a
B I N G E .
A binge is when I post a bunch of chapters and leave you guys to read them. Like for example, let's suppose I post one chapter and then as a treat, I post 5 more chapters just for you.
Anyway, I have one request for this binge. I need T W E N T Y different people to comment on this certain chapter and once that happens, I'll post up to Chapter 25. But first, I need those twenty people to comment.
Want to me to binge? Get twenty different people ( or accounts ) to comment on this chapter and then I shall post until Chapter 25.
Your decision.
Anyway, I hope all of you enjoyed this chapter.
