INT. HALLWAY - DAY
The hallway is crowded with people. INTO VIEW: VEGAS and JAMON are walking together.
VEGAS:
Can I ask you a question?
JAMON:

VEGAS:
You said you have been here for
Eight years, right? Why so long?
Were you that much of a trouble
To your parents?
JAMON:

Long story about my
Past that I do not wish
To go into right now.
VEGAS:
(BEAT) Okay, then. Why
Don't you tell me something
About your time here?
JAMON:
Why do you want to hear
About that?
VEGAS:
Because I'm curious.
JAMON:
Okay, fine. (BEAT) About two
Years ago, I had the most
Gigantic crush.
VEGAS:
What was her name?
JAMON:
Actually, it was a boy,
But I'm getting to that.
So, being thirteen, I did
All I could to impress him.
VEGAS:
Wait, you're gay?
JAMON:
I like to think that
I would love anyone.
VEGAS:
That's totally cool
By best friend- (BEAT)
Anyway, who was he?
JAMON:
Who do you think?
VEGAS:
Kyle?!
JAMON nods.
VEGAS:
But you two are best friends!
And you share a room!
JAMON:
Thank god that relationship
Didn't work out, or else we'd
Have to switch rooms.
VEGAS:
I can't believe- how
