That we lose

In the quest for peace

The price of humanity

For the lives that are lost

The price of honesty and trust

When making agreements

Trust you won't get shot in the back

And being honest about how

You may have been an idiot

Peace comes at the price

Heavier than an arm and a leg

Greater than eye for eye

It is the price of submitting yourself

Giving up
